He held his hand out to me. Taking it slowly, the smile on his rosey cheeks rose slight, giving his face color and passion, but then it dropped. Mine did to. The sky sundenly started to crash, my eyes tearing up a little but never letting go of his hand. The ground began to crumple and he began to slip. Then, just as my palm got sweaty, he fell, his voice echoed my name and I screamed.
"Nul!" kat yelled when I woke up, screaming. She sighed, "God, your gonna give me a heart attack"
"Sorry Kat, it's the dreams again," I smiled evily.
"Of Mello from cooking class," She snickered. It wasn't the first time I dreamt of him. More like the 15th. He was everywhere in my mind."Yeah, well, your gonna be late for class with your prince charming."
"Why didn't you wake me up!" I yelled trying to get into my uniform, which I never wore properly in the first place so I didn't even get why I wore it.
"I like to watch you squirm," Kat teased through her grin. She was already ready to go. We ran out the dor of our dorm and she headed for biology as I ran to cooking.
I ran into Mello when I turned in the door. He laughed, " You do that a lot, don't you?"
"Just a little bit," I mumbled, getting off the floor. The day dragged on from there. I stuck chocolate in Mello's locker and watched him eat it at lunch, which he never went to unless he had hair shined as he chatted with his friend, Matt, and ate more of his chocolate. Near was eating while lying on the bench while Matt and Mello where sitting on the table. Light ate his aple in the corner with an organizer in his other hand. L sat in his normaly awkward but awesome position while eating his strawberry cake. Kat went over to say hi to Mello and Matt and grab us some pocky. I saw her whisper something to Mello and smile then grab the pocky and walk away. Matt smiled and Mello's face lit up.
She handed me a pack and we sat down. "What did you say?" I said in a hushed tone.
"Jeez, your so paranoid, it was nothing, I just told Mello that you were the one always putting chocolate in his locker," She smile after mumbling the last part then getting up to dogde my attack.
"Kat!" I yelled, but then i felt a tap on my shoulder.
"Thanks for the chocolate, Nul," Mello smiled.
I couldn't help but smile back, "No problem," I could feel my face get really warm.
"Hey, Mello, why don't you take Nul to the garden for some fresh air, she always get light headed in here," Kat talked through the opening of her mouth, because she mostly just didn't want to get killed.
"Okay," he took your hand and began to walk out the cafateria door. He took you to the garden and sat on the bench.
"Thanks," you mumbled. Then, he pulled you on his lap and kissed you. I kissed back and then broke away. I stared into his piercing eyes for awhile and then, I saw, out of the corner of my eye, Kat smiling from across the garden.
