Lily's Diary-The second last night

A/N:I know this is really short but I just felt like writing it.
Last night I dreamt that Peter, Peter Pettigrew, one of James Potter's best mate betrayed us .He had sold us to Lord Voldemort. Lord Voldemort broke into our house, in Gordric Hollow with his wand and Peter trailing behind him biting his fingernails nervously. At that point I was terrified and I swear that I was sweating on the bed. James and I got both our wands out, preparing to duel but our baby Harry was in great danger. James started dueling with Lord Voldemort while I tried to protect Harry.
"Hide Harry somewhere safe "James had urged. But before I could hide Harry, I heard a triumphant yell" AVADA KEDVRA!"At that point I knew James had died. It was over, there was no such living person as James Potter, and he was gone.
"Don't kill Harry, kill me. Leave Harry alone" I recalled saying.
So I had to abandon Harry and duel with the most powerful wizard in all times.
"Crucio "I had said, Voldemort fell instantly to the ground. I grabbed my chance to flee with Harry.
"I have not done with you yet, you mud blood" croaked Voldemort. An idea had sparked in my head, I quickly ran into my room, and I got a rope and barbed wire that James and I kept for safety's sake. I had ran back into the living room and tied the wire to the rope, I tied Voldemort to the rope and ran with Harry out, Voldemort was too quick, he broke the rope and spat on the floor. I grabbed Harry and ran into the room. Harry's not ready to die just yet; I'll fight as long as I stand on my two feet. Can't die, must protect Harry. The thing that matters most in the world is defeating the most powerful dark wizard. If I don't succeed…just don't think about that. I had heard noises thumping up the stairs towards the room; I remembered that He was still there. Without thinking, I had run downstairs with Harry in my arms. I put Harry down and got out my wand. I knew that I could never defeat Him. A sudden flash of green light, I woke up.
It wasn't real, yet I sensed it was. I will never forget…
