Quite a while ago, I posted this under another name. That was accidentally deleted, so I thought that I might as well post this drabble here.

I hope you enjoy it! Feedback is very appreciated!

Oh look, her hair-Such a mess!

What? Look at that ugly dress!

A mystery to her, make-up, fashion, eyeshadow,

For only she was Aphrodite's woe. Her name was Annabeth Chase,

With or without Aphrodite's beauty, she moved with Athena's grace.

Such a puzzle she was to all,

She truly didn't even like the mall!

She fought, yes, with a tiger's power,

But when it came to her siblings' "area of expertise" she could never last an hour!

So who was she, the mysterious dove?

Why had she been named the child of love?

Annabeth Chase-The girl who simply had been put in the wrong place. Her siblings scorned her, the rest ignored. What would she do-How would Aphrodite's woe ever find a future?

Intelligent, of course, she was...But simple stereotypes had brought her to a 'dead end' in life. Aphrodite's children were to be experts in their area; Love and beauty-Not architecture! Later others cursed themselves. How could they have not noticed?

A spinning scarlet heart with an arrow running through it appeared over her head. Her new-found siblings were overjoyed at the time-Another one like them! But later, of course, they found out just how wrong they were.

She was, as well, quite observant. By watching all the day-to-day battles and skirmishes, Annabeth mastered different types of fighting. Stashing the dagger Annabeth had with her at all times, she set out to make a name for herself, only to be turned down. It seemed as if no one believed in the odd daughter of Aphrodite.

No one. No one. No one. No one did believe, did they?

And from all the pain-The rejection, the hurt, the simple pain-She left. Annabeth left her life as a demi-goddess fighting for the Olympians...

Soon enough, the truth was discovered,

Annabeth was the child of the one with few lovers.

Athena, not Aphrodite, what a mistake! But the truth they all know is enough to make them shake.

Their young girl, Annabeth Chase,

Has gone to the side of the one who shares faces...

Annabeth left, going to the side where she knew she wouldn't be judged. She fought for the side she believed in, ultimately leading them to victory. No longer was she "Aphrodite's Woe".

Annabeth Chase, Daughter of Athena, Warrior of the Titans.

Yes, that was much more like it...
