The Chain's Cries
A deep sense of foreboding, in wonder of life.
The chains lumber around, fighting their strife.
Called out to the world, forced to eradicate,
All of the people the evil ones hate.
They moan in pain, their hearts full of sorrow.
Never able to reach humanity's morrow.
Slain by the Bezarius', day by day, until they are contracted by the Nightray.
Held in a bond, against their will, their cries of discomfort becoming more shrill.
Maybe one day in a perfect world, the chain's closed life will be unfurled.
Opened up to possibilities, no longer forced to work on their knees.
Humans and chains will get along, play poker, eat, and sing many songs.
But this world is lost, in an unspeakable place.
The monsters chain's are,
No one will face.
Not one.
Undone.
But to
Become one.
Together forever
Fighting alongside
Their master's orders, they silently abide.
It's no use.
Please, don't try.
Please
Just Listen
To the
Chain's cries.
