It was the first day of 7th grade for Merna. She was so nervous, she was about to throw up the first second she got out of bed. The years before, she was exited on the first day, but as you grow older, you realize what's ahead of you. When she was in 6th grade, she saw how the 7th graders dressed. There was not one girl without a designer's clothing. Everyone was with makeup, and all students acted like they were older than they looked like. Imagine going to school dressed how you wanted to. Opening the front doors, looking straight at everyone who looked "cool". Watching as those black colored eyes stared as she walked in….BUZZZZZZZ
IT was 7 in the morning. Merna jumped out of bed. So it wasn't as cool and good as that. She went to an all girl's school. And yes they had uniforms. Knee high skirts, long socks, and a big sweater. IT was the most ugliest thing!! It made you want to throw up on it, but it seems someone already did. Merna wanted to change that. A few years ago, she had talked to the principle to have them where whatever they wanted, or at least change the uniform style. The principle had gone crazy, this may be because he was getting old. This year was going to be different. The principle had retired, and a new principle was going to be at AGMS(all girls middle school).
Merna got dressed and was ready to go to the car. She had to go and pick up her two closest friends, Jane and Vanessa.
"Im freaking out" Jane jumped in the car
"You too!!" yelled Merna
"Wish I could go back to bed!" said Vanessa sleepily
Jane was more of a girly girl than Vanessa. Vanessa was more of the calm one. Even on this day, while her two closest friends were as nervous as like it was the end of the world, Vanessa was as calm like it was a whole new beginning. Most people thought Jane was a model. Merna and Vanessa thought she was going to secret modeling classes without telling them about it. Jane was considered a smart girl. She got the highest grades in the class. Although she was not called a nerd or a geek or anything like that. So these three girls were the best of friends, as they were in pre-k.
