Author's Note: Yeah, not my usual thing. But I couldn't come up with a better name for a bunch of random Sora/Kairi romance one-shots. The genre's vary, some will be from only one character's perspective, some will only have one character, some will be sad, some happy, some both. Maybe one horror one. Almost all of these will take place either during or before the first game.

Chapter One:

Kairi walked through the island, reliving the past. Memories of playing with Sora and Riku brought on a new wave of grief. She knew she might not ever see either of them ever again. But she had to believe. She had to believe Sora's promise to her... and it wasn't hard. After all, Sora had never broken a promise to her. She could only hope he never would. She walked into the secret place. She loved it their. Loved it when she used to be greeted by Sora's smiling face. She chuckled lightly, that goofy grin of his had always made her laugh. Even when he was gone, Sora still managed to cheer her up.

Kairi walked over to the wall, where she and Sora had drawn each other's portraits. She looked at her messy, scribbled hair and chuckled again. Sora never had been a good artist. Then she noticed something new. An arm reaching out from just under Sora's face, extended to her own, holding something star-shaped. Kairi gasped in recognition. It was a poupu fruit. 'You want to be together... forever, Sora?' She grabbed a rock and began scratching another arm, coming from her this time. It to held out a poupu fruit. She stood back and admired her handiwork, as a tear trickled down her cheek. 'Me to, Sora. Me to.'

Kairi stepped back and admired her handiwork, a tear trickling down her cheek. Suddenly, she was brought out of her thoughts by a knocking sound. She turned her head and stared at the door. "Um... Come in?" she said. The door opened, revealing Ansem... in a Domino's uniform and carrying a pizza.

"Your pizza is here. You do not have your money ready?" Kairi shook her head, to stunned to speak. Ansem sighed. "You still understand nothing..."
