All I need

He looked over at her and watched as she sat with her sketch book, marveled at her skill. But soon she stopped and sighed rubbing her eyes. "What's wrong?" He asked; uncrossing his arms and standing from his leaning position. "My eyes hurt." He chuckled and nodded, "Yeah mine too. I blame this white room. I mean, seriously, how white can it be."

She didn't laugh, "Roxas, please this is not the time." He cocked an eyebrow, "No I'm being completely serious, look at it, it's like, blinding." When she didn't look up He only sighed and watched as she set her pencil down, "Ok tell me what's really bugging you." Namine let a finger run across her drawing, "Do you ever envy them?" She asked as he came up behind her. He looked at her drawing from over her shoulder as he rested his hands on them. It was of a sunset beautiful with colors of orange and pink, red and yellow, and there on the beach side was them. Sora and Kairi. He nodded. "Sometimes."

Namine sighed and leaned her head against him, "It's really hard," She said, "It's really hard to know that all of our memories are theirs and that without Kairi I don't exist. We're not even supposed to exist." Roxas shook his head and kneeled down next to her, "You keep telling me that but I don't believe you. We're here. You and me." He looked at the picture, "And even despite everything, I can't believe you when you say things like that."

Namine looked at him with sad eyes, "But how can you not? I mean, Sometimes I feel like I don't belong here, like I don't fit in. I feel like a Nobody. Literally." She leaned back in her chair again and stared at the ceiling, "I'm not complete." Roxas sighed and stood up, taking her hands in his, "Let me tell you something all right? You want to know where you fit in?" He pulled her up to him and wrapped his arms around her, pulling her close so that their faces were inches apart.

She put her arms around his neck and tilted her head in acknowledgment to the question. He smiled, "You fit right here." Namine smiled and blushed, "Roxas I mea--" He just shushed her and shook his head, "I'm not done listen," He said, sighing, "You fit right here because you belong right here with me, and you know what?" She smiled bashfully, "What?" He smiled and brought his lips down to her leaving a gentle kiss, "You make me complete." Namine laid her head on his chest and Roxas stood holding her, "Without you I don't know what I'd be. I'd literally be half of nothing." Namine chuckled and he kissed her forehead.

"But you and me make a whole." Namine chuckled, "A whole lot of nothing?" Roxas rolled his eyes and began to tickle her sides, but she only squeaked and he couldn't help but laugh, "Well you know a whole lot of nothing makes a little of something." She met his gaze and he smiled once more, "And this little something right here," he said, motioning toward the two of them, "This little something is all I need."
