FIN
The air blew a sweet, thick sheet of wind at Zelda's face. The day was almost over and Zelda knew that Ganon was on the move and was ready for a fight. Beloved Link, I will regard your stance against the evil that torments Hyrule. The blood shed on "Ye Olde Master Sword." Zelda thought
Zelda put her and hand into a fist and held it against her left breast. "I despise you," Zelda said to the wind. She could hear the grumbles of drunken men outside of the castle. "Yer… Zle-Zelda be nor fit to be une queen of hy-hyrule, she fight…" there was a pause. "LITTLE fer ur cas-castle, Ganon practically own Zelda, Lun-Link be our hero!" Zelda frowned at the idiotic man saying such disrespectful things to milord.
Zelda looked stepped onto her balcony and saw many pig warriors storming to the castle. "Princess ZELDA! Milord! Ganon is close to castle and he is threatening outsider villages and killed women and children!" Zelda nodded. "Get me Link, tell him it is required he come see me immediately," Zelda's voice was smooth but sharp as a needle. "Madam, Link has not been seen for a couple of days," Zelda frowned and stared at the ground. "Head down to the dungeons and lock the doors, I will stay and protect," Zelda glanced up at the guard who had tears streaming down his eyes. "Milady please! Your talking nonsense, you are a royal, a royal who happens to be the last royal in line." Zelda closed her eyes and took a breath of the smoggy air. "I may be female, but I have a duty. And that duty is to protect the people of Hyrule," The guard shuddered at Zelda and nodded his head.
"Milady… please be careful." After the guard had left Zelda ran to a secret room behind the royal painting. She stepped over the wall and was greeted by a flight of dusty old stone brickwork. She ran up the stone and walked into a room filled with beautiful, but rare artifacts that the royal family had collected over the centuries. She looked over and found the item she was searching for. A beautiful outfit her mother had made her before she was killed by Ganon's dastardly burning flame. Zelda undressed her dress and outfitted herself in the attire. (she's wearing her Hyrule Warriors dress)
She looked back and forth, but couldn't find the last piece of her armor that she needed. She thought for a second before coming to a reasonable answer, "fathers study!" She ran back down the stone brick and through the painting again and arrived in the main hall. She turned right and ran through a tunnel leading to the castles keep. Zelda hadn't entered her father's room since his report that he had officially died.
Zelda remembered her father's warm touch and comforting gaze that he had. She smiled as she returned to his study for the first time in nine years. The books were spread throughout the bookshelf and a half melted wax candle sat on her father's desk. She searched the room for a large rectangular box. She was almost to the point of giving up when she saw it's noire gleam. It was under a tapestry that her mother was never able to finish. The box had the Hyrulian Crest on the front of it in shining gold. She opened the box and found the two most important items to the royal family.
A rapier (Hyrule Warriors) that was created for only a royal's hand, not even Link can wield the sword. Under the beautiful sword was the item of the goddesses and gods, The Light Bow and Light Arrows. It's beauty was far superior than the rapier.
After taking the two weapons she ran into the main hall of the castle and was greeted by hell itself, Ganon. "Hello princess. It's an honor to be in your castle again. I haven't lied my foot in this castle since I slain your mother," His voice was gravely and deep. He sounded like the wind she heard earlier, beautiful and relaxing. Wait, how was Ganon's voice relaxing? Zelda thought. "That's a fine bow you have their princess, where did you get such a hellish weapon?" Ganon grinned and Zelda swore she was being incinerated by his breath. "Why are you attacking Hyrule you bastard!? Ganon shook his head and tapped his big foot against the floor. "Why Zelda; I know your angry with me but I wouldn't use that attitude if I were you," Ganon was calm and screaming for blood as he spoke.
Zelda weld her rapier and stood a royals pose that would make even the gods proud. "Fight me!" Zelda screamed. "I don't feel like it, how about you fight my top warrior," Zelda raised her brow and her jaw dropped when she saw Link (Twilight Princess) stepping out of the shadows. "Li-LINK!?" Zelda was mesmerized by Link, according to the guard; Link had been missing for a few days. Why does he show up now? Zelda thought to herself. "GANON! Fight me you coward!" Ganon nodded his head no and raised his hand to Link. Before she knew it, she was on floor with pain streaming throughout her right shoulder. She shot a look of irritation at Link. "Holy, AHH" Zelda stood back up with the pain sort of going away. "Link, Whose side are you on!?" Ganon smirked and raised his grubby meat hands into the air. "LINK, Arise and feel the blood of the triforce enter you and become my minion of all EVI!" When Ganon spoke the word "Evil" Link fell to the ground like he was having a seizure. "Link? Are you all right?" Zelda asked. But under Zelda's feet were black particles floating over to Links body.
The particles covered Link's body with a thick black blanket. "AHHHHHH!" Link screamed. Zelda winced at the scream and before she knew it Link's body was on the ground. But this wasn't the hero she knew, it was a monster guided by evil. Link opened his eyes and grinned at the now speechless Zelda. Links eyes were crimson red and his clothes were those of Dark Link's. The Master Sword was even different. It was a faint pewter color instead of the blue that was usually there.
"Okay minion, seize her!" Ganon growled. Zelda gasped at the speed Link had gained, she barely dodged his first blow. "Think Zelda think," she muttered. Out of the glimpse of her eye she noticed Link in the air ready to strike her. She quickly tumbled to the floor and ran over to Ganon. She tried a stabbing technique, but Link came in and pushed her to the ground. "AH! Link please stop!" Zelda plead. "Tisk, Tisk princess, this is my Link not yours. He would be yours still if he hadn't tried to stop my army from moving closer to the Hylian castle," Zelda's grip on the rapier tightened. You son of goron! Her inner mind screamed. "Well Link, I'll fight you, but the pain I give you will strike Ganon and his ferocious army of beasts," Zelda said calmly, but she knew that this was the biggest turning point in her life. She had to do it.
Zelda ran quickly at Link and swung her rapier at him. No use. Link is invulnerable to her strikes. "Damn Zelda! You've really not come to your senses! Link is mine and always mine!" Ganon chuckled at Zelda.
Zelda was more than furious at Ganon and Link, even though Link had nothing to do with this. It was Ganon. "Ahh!" Zelda dove at Link with speed she didn't even know was possible. Link deflected her blow and the rapier broke in two. "NO! Link you've just broken the royal blade. Ganon!" She picked up the broken sword and ran to the other side of the royal hall. She had hidden the Light Bow and Light Arrows behind the Kings throne. She ran up and found the Bow and Arrows, positioning herself for the first blow.
"You've been warned damn beast," Zelda growled at Ganon. "No, no, no I have enough power and defense to save myself from the arrows. Link, strike and kill her!" She pulled back the string of the bow and aimed at Ganon's head. "Hahahah! Stupid girl! You are not what I thought you were. Your knowledge is weak and defenseless!" She let the string go, but at the last second she aimed for Link's torso. The Arrow shined a bright gold and struck Link. "WHAT!" Ganon screamed. Ganon immediately ran out of the castle and fled into the forest.
"Link!" Zelda cried. Her tears were wet and full of pain. Her hands were shaking and her tears were coming out faster and faster every second. "How could I!?" Zelda fell to her knees and put her body over a now dead Link.
Hours past of Zelda crying and shuddering over what she just did. "How could I do this?" Zelda asked herself over and over. "Damn beast!" she screamed. She finally brought her head up and noticed that it was dawn already. Time passed by fast, she thought.
She walked out of the castle and looked around. There was no one. "Ganon's gone, where is everyone?" She walked around and knocked on people's doors, no response. "Zelda," Zelda jumped at the sound of a soothing voice calling out her name. "Zelda? Zelda? Zelda!?" The voice got louder and louder until Zelda couldn't handle it anymore. "What is it?" Zelda asked the voice. "Go into the Lost Woods… Follow the voice," Zelda looked left and right and moved forward.
Zelda had grabbed the broken in two rapier and the Light Bow and Light Arrows. She stepped out of the village and walked on. Before she knew it, she was already at the entrance of the Lost Woods.
"Zelda! Zelda!" The voice called again. Zelda stomped into the forest triumphantly and made her way to the end of the forest in short time, but something was off. There was no Forest Temple, "where is the-"Zelda was cut off by a glowing cyan colored light. Zelda's curiosity forced her to move forward towards the glowing light.
