Sorry for the wait! I was busy with loads of stuff. Anyways! Here's chapter one!
Hoki rummaged through her stuff, angry yet again. "Where is it!?" She exclaimed, throwing her bag to the floor. Hoki had lost the one thing most important to her. A gift given to her by her best friend, Gou Matsuoka. A little charm bracelet if you say. She had received it on her birthday a few months back. And now she had been a complete fool and lost it.
"Come on..it has to be here somewhere!" She verbally thought, going through her stuff to see if the silver bracelet was hidden somewhere there.
"Aha!" She yelled triumphantly, holding up the small bracelet, big enough to fit around her wrist. Thankfully. "I don't know what I'd do without it.." She wondered out loud, a dreamy look planted onto her face.
With a small leap, she grabbed her stuff and bolted out the door. She was already late for swim practice. "Damnit!" She exclaimed, slamming the door behind her and rushing towards the private pool her team had reserved. There, she saw that the only one there was Kaito Hirokagawa, one of her friends and teammates.
"Hello Hoki, late again I see?" The golden-eyed brunette asked, a slight hint of mischievousness to her voice. Hoki looked a bit shocked. The girl usually never talked like that. 'Is this the end?' She thought to herself dramatically. Aware of what the girl could do.
Soon enough, Kaito started laughing quietly, although it was short-lived. "Come on, let's swim." She said, a small smile forming onto the determined girl's face. Hoki nodded, a grin spreading onto her face as if she were a madman. She went into the nearest change room without Kaito, as she had already changed. As she came out, she saw Kaito already swimming.
Hoki put her goggles on, and jumped in. Soon enough, she could move around as much as she wanted, doing her signature stroke, backstroke. Felling the water pushing against her body. The Waves.
Sorry for the short chapter, the next one will be much more exciting. This fic will mostly be character-centric so this chapter was for Hoki Asakura, one of my OCs. I will be doing one for each, and then just randomly.
