"Eli, watch her. If she wants to go, she can but I would prefer she didn't." Samuel said. Eli nodded. "I can make sure she doesn't." "Good." Samuel walked out of the carnival. It was time to have some fun.
Claire walked through the carnival, picking up trash. She looked over her shoulder. Someone was looking at her. He gave her a look of determination. Like she was the prize animal to capture. "Don't worry about Eli." "Whats his deal? Why is he looking at me like that?" Claire was beginning to feel self cautious. Lydia took Claire's hand and knew what she was feeling. "Claire, don't give this a second thought. Okay?" Claire nodded. Sure. She kept walking and put the bag into the garbage dump. She walked through the carnival, Toward the exit. She wanted to get out of here. Go back to class. She caught a glimpse of Eli and started to walk faster. And so did he. She started to jog and he did too. Finally she full out sprinted and hoped he wouldn't catch her. She looked behind to see if she was still being followed. She didn't see Eli but she didn't slow down. Then, when the exit was in view, she was grabbed. By eight hands. One over her mouth, four on her arms, and three holding her legs. She was pulled to the side of an ally.
It was pitch black when she was dropped. She fell with an oof. She sat up and rubbed her head. "Ouch." she pounced up and looked around. Pure darkness. This is a freak show. She ran to the right, maybe for ten minuets, but no light. She ran to the left, same thing, and no light. "What the hell?" "Now, don't tell me your not having fun." she whipped around. She saw no one. "Eli?" "Yes?" he said. But there where more of him. She turned around in her spot and saw five Eli's. "Nice power." Claire cocked her head. "You think?" "I think so." pipped one of the Eli's. The rest laughed. Claire just kept a board look. "look, if you'll let me go..I'll be on my way. No harm no foul." she started to walk away but they pulled her back. "Not so fast princess. Samuel told me to watch you and that's exactly what I'm going to do." They all grabbed her and pulled her to Samuels trailer.
