"Why do you hate me so much?"

"Cause you're a lying little snitch!"

"What!" with that Logan went under water, grabbed her ankle, and flipped her.

"Why'd you do that?"

"Because I can, duh."

She dunked him out of anger and kept him under until he pulled her down with him. Then lifting her up in his arms, her brought her up, then threw her back in the water.

"Just because you may be stronger than me, that gives you no right to do that." She objected as she her hair from her face.

"I'm glad to see that Logan and Samantha are getting along so well." Samantha and Logan's mothers were talking to each other as they sunbathed. At that time, logan was attempting to keep Samantha afloat as she wrapped her arm around his shoulder and they both smiled at their mothers.

"Don't touch me." Sam said pushing him away from her.

"I was about to tell you the same thing."

-Monday morning, back at the academy and at basketball practice-

Logan played unfairly with Samantha as payback for what happened back at the pool.

"Logan, co-operate!" the Coach said from the sidelines.

"Not until she stops messing up everything."

"What!" with that Samantha tackled him, stole the ball and shot it into the hoop.

"Great job Samantha."

"But Coach!"

"No complaints Logan, don't be such a baby."

"Yea, don't be such a baby Logan." She mocked as she dribbled the ball infront of him, Logan got fed up of always losing to her, and the real basketball game began.

"Listen up guys, and girl, we're now going to be playing for the team captain."

"But I'm team captain." Logan objected. "You can't do that!" "Can he do that?"

"He's the coach, he can do anything."

"The person with the most points becomes captain." "Start the game."

Logan and Samantha played more like they were fighting than trying to win. Pushing, tripping and shoving each other until they were tied, 16, 16, and Samantha had the ball.

"How do you feel Logan, about to lose to a girl?"

"I don't lose to anyone, especially people like you." With that Logan pushed her to the ground after hitting her. Samantha fell to the ground and he scored, getting an extra 2 points.

"Yea!" he shouted in victory, looking over at Samantha being assisted by the couch and some of the other players.

"Coach, did you see that?"

"Logan, that was no way to act."

"But she….."

"Maybe you two were coming on a little strong with each other, but Samantha didn't do anything that you couldn't continue playing in a second, nor did she knock you out."

"Because she couldn't."

"Logan."

"My hand slipped?"

"You spineless punk!" Samantha screamed as she attempted to kill him, but Michael and Chase held her back.

"What are you going to do huh?"

"What I'm not going to do is what you should be worried about."

"Wait." The coach said as he stopped the blood from her lip. "There, carry on." He knew that she wouldn't hurt him that bad…

"So you take care of her on a stupid busted lip, but when I'm about to die you pay no attention to me."

"Samantha's a girl, they have their advantages."

"But she's still weak." Logan taunted.

"Logan Zachary Reese, you're so dead when I'm done with you!" she said running after him.

He ran for the hill beside the court, and looking behind him, he was tackled to the ground, and the both of them started fighting as they rolled down the hill.

"If you weren't such a egocentric jerk, we would all get along." She shouted as she rolled on top of him and held him down.

"Well, if you'd stop acting like such an egghead perfectionist Barbie, we would have something to get along with!" he yelled as he rolling unto her and held her down.

Michael and Chase's P.O.V. from the court looking down at them fighting.

"They're trying so hard to hate each other."

"Got that right."
