A Birthday to Remember, at Sizzarrios
Hi, I'm Bella Swan, I moved into forks a few months ago to live with my dad, Charlie. My parents are divorced. It's October 12 my 16th birthday. My family and friends surprised me with a little party at Sizarrios, my favorite itallian restaurant. There I sat at a table with my best friend Jacob, he grinned at me, he looked so happy as if he won a million dollars. "Happy Birthday Bella" He said. "Thanks it means a lot to me that you're here" I said. He snickered in his humor way and said, "Bella why the heck would I miss my best friend's birthday?" We both chuckled. I looked up into his eyes, Jacob he has been my best friend for about 5 years, who not only was my best friend but my crush. Ever since the day I met him, I immediately fell in love with him, I never showed him my actual feelings, I wasn't sure if he felt the same way about me… I loved his jet black spiky short hair, his brown eyes ...Jacob took out a small blue box from his pocket, "Here Bella, this is for you". He gave it to me and I took it with a smile in my face, as I slowly opened the blue box I saw a beautiful diamond necklace with a heart locket, I opened it to see the letters J&B carved and there was a picture of me and Jacob when we were 12 years old, it brought back happy memories. I couldn't help but start crying in joy. I wanted to tell him something, but I was too speechless. Jacob took my hand, and put his hands on my cheeks, making me look up. He took his fingers and my brushed my tears. He smiled. That's when I finally got the words to come out of my mouth, "Jake……it's beautiful…That's really sweet of you", that's when I really wanted to tell him my feelings, how much I love him, but I just couldn't. He looked at me and said with a lot of thought "Bella I know this might feel awkward, but I have to tell you something and it's really important, Ever since you left forks I couldn't stop thinking about you and when you finally came, I wanted to tell you that I….I…….love you…Bella Swan will you be my girlfriend??" At that minute my heart started beating really fast, I was nervous. "Yes, I…." Jake interrupted me, took his fingers and placed it on my lips, "shh" he whispered. He leaned down and kissed me. I felt his smooth lips press against mine. . I slipped my hands around his neck. We paused for a second, I disattached my lips from his, "I love you my Jacob Black" I said with a grin. He smiled back and kissed me again.
