A/N: In this fic Hikaru and Kaoru are supposed to be little kiddies, I picture them to be about 5 years old.
Fun and Tingles
Hikaru and Kaoru sat in their playroom, happily amusing themselves with the plethora of toys that were scattered over the floor. The sound of childish laughter and happy chatter filled the room as the twins imaginations got the best of them and they created various scenarios to place themselves in.
Today Hikaru was a prince and Kaoru was a princess; Hikaru had travelled across the land in search of his fair damsel in distress, who was of course in need of rescuing (because that is how it always happened in the books and movies), and Kaoru had been waiting in despair for his beloved prince to show up and save him from the evil witch that had imprisoned him in her castle (played by their very generous friend, Kukki the kitty plushie).
"Aha, I found you!" Hikaru exclaimed in his most heroic voice, pointing a finger at Kukki.
Kaorus face broke out into a grin and he clasped his hands in front of his chest in excitement. "Yay, my prince has come to save me!"
Hikaru turned to Kaoru and shot him a smile. "Don't worry princess, I will save you!" Pulling out his plastic sword Hikaru walked over to Kukki and poked her in the stomach, causing her to fall over backwards.
Kaoru gasped from behind him and clapped his hands together in adulation. "You killed the witch! Now we can live happily ever after!" Kaoru squeaked in his high-pitched tone, which was even higher thanks to the girly voice he was putting on.
Hikaru walked back over to Kaoru and pulled him into a hug, he then pulled back and stared at his brother blankly. "Uh, what do princes and princesses do after the prince has saved the day?" He asked his brother, who had been watching him in confusion.
Kaoru put a finger to his lips and hummed in thought. "Hmmm…. Oh I know!" Kaoru chirped happily, sticking his finger up in the air. "They kiss!"
Hikaru smiled and nodded. "Oh yeah!" Closing the gap between them, Hikaru held Kaoru close and leaned in; their lips only met for a brief moment in which Hikaru placed a chaste yet soft kiss on his brother.
When Hikaru moved back again Kaoru grinned at him. "I know why princesses and princes kiss now."
Hikaru cocked his head to the side curiously. "Why?"
"Because it's fun and makes you feel tingly!" Kaoru giggled.
Hikaru grinned "Yeah!" Suddenly a thought popped into his head and he giggled mischievously. "We should kiss more often."
Kaoru grinned back. "We should kiss everyday!"
Both twins smiled at each other and then Hikaru walked over to their toybox and pulled out a pair of alien antennae. "Hey Kaoru, wanna be aliens now?"
"Sure." Kaoru ran over to the toybox and pulled another pair of antennae out. As he was placing his antennae on, he turned to his brother. "Hey Hikaru,"
Hikaru turned to face him. "Yeah?"
"How do you think aliens kiss?"
