Rumors has it that once in the blue moon, I'll write something based on something that inspired me on the hellsite that is Tumblr.

The noise of the tv was the only sound that filled Michiru's apartment. Ever since she and Shito had started the movie up, the male with the navy-coloured hair hadn't spoken a word nor did he move any inch (she could argue that both of them were wrapped in a blanket to fight the cold that autumn is bringing this year, but no reaction was seen as she put her head on his shoulder). The green-eyed woman wasn't all that surprised. The movie hadn't done anything to make either of them gasp out of horror and surprise. If anything, she had found herself quickly bored and she wished that she had taken up the suggestion of Chika instead.

As the male with a mask and the chainsaw dragged the blonde back in his home, Michiru stole a glance from Shito. The male held his usual stoic face, no emotions she could decipher. They had been dating for over a year now, but the male managed to still be an enigma (to complain about it would be hypocritical as she is too one in a way or another).

Returning her gaze to the small TV, the woman would breathe in and out softly before trying to guess what would happen. She was distracted too much again to notice anything that is different from earlier until she felt something warm on her left hand.

The male's piano-esque fingers softly kneed her fingers within his, not moving up or doing anything strange. It was as if he's testing the waters, trying to find out if he's truly not alone like he used to.

It managed to draw a small smile on the woman's face. As someone who had grown a fear of the nothing, it felt good to know she's still here. Everyone who knows of her origins was told of it, so Michiru was happy that while her boyfriend may be quiet, aloof, or a bit rude, he knew how to make her feel overjoyed just right.
