The war was over, but in a way still fighting. It was still destroying lives. Dooming children to grow up without being tucked in at night, or have their dad start a local chapter of DADD (Dads Against Daughters Dating.) Lovers left alone, newly widowed. People who have had someone to look up to their whole lives, suddenly suppose to take control. Smiles that could light up a room forever silenced. Minds that could figure out the hardest problems, never to have another thought. Leaders that could turn lives around, can't help anyone now. The most beautiful voices ever, never again to be heard.

We were now, not living but existing in the aftermath. Horror movies lie. Not everything is truly better after the war, a lot is worse. I'm not supposed to take this sitting, so I believe I'll just go to bed. They say wake up and put on a smile, but I just remind them. Fred could make anybody laugh, but not anymore. They tell me to be more optimistic, But I just say. Collin Creevey was the most optimistic, happy, little person, but he's not smiling and he wouldn't be..They say at least I survived. I tell them, not all of me did, no one is whole anymore Especially not Bill. At least we won. Does anyone truly win a war?
A war that leaves people, Empty, forever silenced, missing their other half, now a single twin. Because I don't think anyone does.

If this happens in Fiction, the worlds of " Happy Ever After" Think of the aftermath in real life.

Make Music, Not War.
