Water Balloons
A/N: An IchiXRuki drabble but not really fluff, I based this story on when I was splattered with a water balloon, heheh good times…

Ichigo and Rukia were sitting at the table downstairs, Ichigo eating chips and reading his textbook while Rukia reading a magazine and drawing something, Ichigo tries to refrain from saying anything. Karin suddenly came bursting into the door looking angry and drenched in water, no it wasn't raining, mind you, it was early summer and it was already scorching outside.
Ichigo looked up from his textbook and said, "Oi, Karin why are you drenched?"
"Because some punks threw water balloons at me while I wasn't looking!" Fumed Karin.
"And?"Ichigo bluntly said with that scowl plastered on his face.
"And what, Ichii-nii?!"Karin glared at her brother.
"Did you fight back? Tell them off or whatever?!"Ichigo replied calmly returning to his textbook.
Karin gave a little sneer and a glint from her eyes, "You have no idea Ichii-nii…"
"Eh? What was that?"Ichigo said looking up again, but Karin was already heading up the stairs.
"Nothing Ichii-nii, by the Rukia I like your pictures." Karin disappeared after that.
Smiling Rukia looked up to where Karin disappeared and called back, "Why arigato Karin!"
"Oh yeah real nice Rukia." Ichigo smirked as he glanced at poorly drawn pictures.
"Shut up Ichigo."
"Humph."
"Ichigo?"
"Ne?"
"What's a water ballon?"
"A balloon that's filled with water. Duh."
Ichigo looked at Rukia who was still puzzled.
"Maybe its better to actually show you eh?"
"Really?"Rukia flashed a smile, a real one.
"Really."Ichigo returned a smile back to her.
Ichigo brought Rukia to the park along with a bag of balloons.
"Ok. The first step is to fill the balloon, like this…"Ichigo brought the balloon over to the fountain and let the water fill the thin rubber into a voluptuous waterballon.
"That looks easy enough."Rukia said as she too started to fill a lifeless piece of rubber in to a bouncing ripe blob.
"Of coarse its easy, for someone who's a hundred and fifty years old, your clueless, anyways you tie it up and you're done."
"I'm not clueless; the human world is complex you know."
"Whatever."Ichigo snorted as he tuned his back to Rukia while tying up his balloon.
Rukia Smiled, he was open and vulnerable.
"Hey Ichigo."
"What?"Ichigo responded turning around.
"Catch."Rukia threw the waterballon
Eh?!"
Too late! Ichigo got splattered by the waterballon and was now soaking wet.
"I told you I'm not clueless."Rukia said snickering.
"Ruukkkiiiiaaaaaa!!!"Ichigo yelled out loud ready to launch his own water balloon.
