After the fight with Sasuke, Naruto was seriously injured and was carried back to Konoha and laid up in the hospital. After a few hours Naruto woke up and had several X-rays done to see if he had taken any serious damage. His doctor being Sakura.
"So Sakura-chan… How am I? Just a few bandages and send me home?" Naruto asked.
"Uhm… I'm afraid its very serious…" Sakura said shifting her weight to one foot. "You've taken serious damage to you abdomen… we're going to have to remove most of your colon…"
Suddenly Naruto got a large nervous grin on his face, as Sakura walked over a picked up a small plastic bag.
"What's that you say Sakura? 'Band-aids heal everything'?" Naruto said in heavy denial.
"This is going to be you new rectum…" Sakura said holding up the bag.
"HEAL EVERYTHING!" Naruto shouted still grinning and giving the thumbs up.
