Okay so I began reading this story Kagome was kidnapped and raped by Naraku. Inuyasha saves her and they um... do it in a tree and become mates. A little bit later Kagome is pregnant with Inuyasha's pup and Naraku tries to kill her and the pup but fails. At first the pup died but Inuyasha traded Naraku's soul for the pup's (or something like that)
