"Aha!" Green exclaimed, holding the shimmering chunk of gold up in the light. "Just where the item finder said it would be!"
"It's pretty," Silver said, eyes going slack as he stared at the gleaming stone.
"It's more than just pretty, Silver," Green corrected with a wink. "This beauty'll pay for our food for months, maybe even years!"
"Can you eat it?" the three year old asked, puzzled.
"No, silly! We sell it, and use the money to pay for food!" Green laughed. "Now come on, let's go get this thing appraised!"
"Okay," Silver said, not sure what exactly "appraised" meant, but deciding it would be easier just to follow his sister than to ask.
