Dear readers this is going to be an awesome fanfic, which I myself have to write or at least try my best at. Also in this fanfic Sakura is going to be a badass. Now this story isn't really cannon in that it will follow, but still be different anyway I hope you all enjoy.

Ja Ne

"Hey Ino" said one little girl that has pink hair and a red dress that is currently talking to one other little girl that has blonde hair and a purple dress. Both girls are currently sitting at a tree for the shade. "Yes Sakura what is it". Ino responds while messing with her hair. "Do you think my forehead is big?"

"Sakura" Ino replied while shaking her head "You can't let what those boys said about your forehead get to you and besides if they pick on you you'll have me for back up… Ok". Ino finished while smiling proudly at her declaration. "Thanks Ino, so you wanna- Hey Ino what are you looking a-, Sakura didn't get a chance to finish as Ino put her hand on Sakura's shoulder and turn her to look at direction.

There walking by himself was a boy that Sakura never saw before, the boy the boy had jet black hair that pointed up and was wearing a blue shirt that had a red and white fan on the back. "Psssh, Sakura do you know who that is?" Said Ino as hearts magically appeared on her eyes as she started starring Longley at the boy who appears to be waiting for someone. Sakura didn't even respond as she too stared at the boy, she felt her heart beat faster and faster as her cheeks slowly turned a pink hue color. "Umm, Ino who is that"

"That Sakura is Sasuke Uchiha who belongs to the Uchiha clan and is the hottest boy, I've ever seen!" Ino finished while still staring before hearing Sakura say "Yeah he really is cute do you think he would like my pink hair". Ino just nodded dumbly before abruptly stopping to turn her head as her brain process what she just heard. "Sasuke liking her hair, wait does she…like him". Finished with her thought, Ino ask "Sakura do you like Sasuke". Ino waited and watched as Sakura entire face turned red before shyly replying "Yeah, I think he looks cool and cute".

A couple of minutes later…

Sakura watch as Ino seemed to be contemplating something before saying "Ino were going to be late for class, we should hurry". Ino still didn't reply as her brain seemed to dead, so Sakura being the good friend grabbed Ino's hand while dragging her to their class. Now at their class, Sakura and Ino sat together while still staring at Sasuke who was in a staring match with some blonde hair kid that had whiskers on his face and wearing an orange jacket with black pants. Sakura looked around the classroom seeing other kids and looking at Ino who was talking to other girls as she thought about how she was finally starting her ninja training. So far both girls were now finally starting the academy at the age of eight and couldn't help but be excited. Ok well that wasn't entirely true you see Ino was excited while Sakura was well a little nervous from looking around the room she could that a lot of the other students were from clans and not that she thought about while looking more at the blonde kid she thought "Wait isn't that the fourth's son, it has to be they both have blonde hair, blue eyes and, If I remember correctly he standing next to the fourth she remember as she walking with her mother". Her train of thought was cut shortly as she heard Ino yelling at Ino proclaiming her love for Sasuke to the other girls.

"Sasuke is mine, you hear me, and he's Minee!" The whole class got silent as Ino's voice turned darker as she spoke. Now Sakura too though that Sasuke was cute and cool and maybe she was developing a crush, but she didn't want to have Ino as enemy for Sasuke's affection. She continued to think before hearing "Excuse me" said one man that standing in front of a desk while trying to get the class attention. This was had ponytail and had a scar on his face while wearing ninja outfit. "If I had to guess, I would say that this is going to be our teacher". The man kept calling but still didn't a response. Getting fed the man did some handsigns before his head got very big and said "Excuse me class, can I have your attention"

Everyone who wasn't paying attention was now paying attention to the man as some of their hand look like they got struck by lightning. The man smiled seeing his tactic worked and started "Thank you, now my name is Umino Iruka and I'm going to be your teacher for the next four years to get you prepare for your career as ninja, now any questions?" Iruka had gotten some questions and answer before staring class on the history of their home. Sakura was taking notes while Ino was too taking notes, but still looking at Sasuke's direction. Sakura looked at Ino's paper and was surprised to see Ino's notes being accurate despite her attention being on Sasuke.

6 Hours Later…

Class had finally ended and Sakura was having mixed feeling as she walk with her parents to head out to eat. She thought about had the entire say went "Let's see taking notes was fine while the taijutsu lesson was not, a lot of the other students were doing better than I was especially those who were part of a clan were doing better. The kunai and shuriken lesson was not also easy". Sakura summarized that her skills were not good, granted she just started, but still she didn't want to lack skills in being a ninja.

"SAKURA OVER HERE"

Sakura turned and saw Ino running towards her before finally stopping herself. "Huff, huff, huff man I'm beat" Ino said while pulling Sakura away from her parents to talk. Sakura's parents could only smile as they watch her being led away. Before the mother could saying she heard "Mom, can I hang out with Ino for a bit" Sakura ask while still being led away by Ino, All Sakura got was a nod and Sakura proceeded to walk with Ino as Ino started talking.

"Hey Sakura what did you think of class and of our teacher", Sakura's reply was simple "I think he's Ok and that jutsu he used worked to get our class under controlled". Ino nodded while asking "What did you think of Sasuke being in our class". Ino listened and watched as Sakura's face got redder and heard "I think he's cool and cute, and I think he's going to be the best within our class, what about you Ino". Ino's face dropped a little as she listened to her friend's response she started feeling weird hearing Sakura talk about Sasuke in that way and didn't like this emotion she was feeling one bit, but still replied like nothing was wrong "Oh, yeah I think he's also going to be the best and he is also the hottest". Sakura nodded while still walking, but stopped mid step to notice that Ino wasn't walking with her, but just standing there while looking down as her hair covered her face. Seeing her friend looking like that got Sakura worried as she hurried over to her before asking "Ino are you Ok, what's wrong?

Ino still didn't saying anything before saying "Hey Sakura, I have to get home, I'll see you tomorrow Ok bye". Ino finished before turning to start running away to her home leaving Sakura to stare at Ino's back as Ino got smaller and smaller as she got farther away. Feeling worried for her friend, Sakura hurried home to go talk to her parents about everything that just transpired.

With Ino

Ino was sitting at the dinner table thinking about everything that happened today. She stopped eating before looking her mother. "Hey mom can I ask you a question". Ino parents looked at their daughter while the mom said "Of course you can always ask me anything that's on your mind". Ino nodded before saying "Well nothing bad happened at school, it's just I got this weird feeling in my stomach". Ino mom listened while nodding while asking "What kind of feeling was it Ino". Ino thought about for a second before saying "I think the feeling was some anger, I guess". Ino mom just thought about for a second "If nothing happened at school to trigger this feeling of anger than what is". Ino's mom ask "Sweetie can you think of anything that could have trigger this emotion". Ino thought about it before saying "Well there's this boy-,

"BAM"

Ino jumped at the sound of something hitting the table and she turned towards her father who seemed to lose all color within his face while muttering "No boys, No boys, No boys" over and over again. Ino's mother seemed to smile in amusement at her husband look before ushering him to leave the room and layed down while she stayed so that she can talk to their daughter. "So Ino was there a boy that made you mad over something he did or something he said?, Ino shook her while saying "It wasn't the boy that made me feel a little angry it was my friend talking about the boy that made me angry". As Ino mom listened to her daughter talking she smiled as she started realizing as to what could make her daughter feeling angry and ask "What did your friend say by chance Ino". The reply she got was "She said that he was cool and cute and that made feel angry for someone reason". Ino mom smiled at truly now knowing the reason before answering "Sweetie, I believe that the reason you were feeling a little irritated at your friend was because you were jealous at what she saying, tell me you like…this boy". She finished before watching as her daughter's face got red and red before smoke seemed to come out of Ino's ears before Ino answer "Yes, I do think he cute". As soon she answers her mother, both mother and daughter heard a loud NOOOO!"

Ino mom shook her head before saying to her daughter "ignore your father Ino, he's just loosing himself, but anyway back to the topic look I think that this crush that you seemed to have gotten shouldn't let it ruin your friendship with whoever Ok". Ino nodded listening before getting up to go to bed.

The next day…

Sakura sat at the same tree waiting worrying about Ino and hoping that whatever was bothering her would no longer bother her. She kept thinking not even noticing her friend approach her. "Hey earth to Sakura" Ino said while shaking her friend back and forth. Sakura seeing Ino there ask in a happy voice "You're Ok, what happen, were you feeling Ok, Did someone hurt you". Sakura kept going before Ino put a hand on her mouth as she replied "Nothing bad happen Sakura, and of course I'll tell you Ok, but I need you to listen". Sakura just nodded while Ino started "Look the reason, I wasn't acting weird wasn't become someone had hurt me… it was, well it was because I guess I was feeling a little angry about what you said about Sasuke". Sakura stood shell-shock about what her friend said before asking "Why". Ino said "I ask my mom about what I was feeling and she said that, I was feeling jealous about you crushing over Sasuke".

Sakura look down feeling sad about making her friend mad at her before saying "Sorry, Ino I didn't mean to-.

Sakura got cut off seeing Ino shake her head as Ino started "Don't feel bad Sakura, it was something none of us ever felt before and besides…even if you and I develop a crush on Sasuke, I still want to remain best friends OK". Ino said while holding her hand out for Sakura to shake. Sakura smiled in joy before grabbing Ino's hand to shake while saying "Of course best friends, no matter what". Sakura looked down though and said in a small voice "Do you promise, Ino".

Ino looked surprised as Sakura's change of emotion and ask "What's wrong Sakura?" Sakura didn't say anything while still holding Ino's before saying "It's just you're my very first friend, anyone that I met before usually made fun of me because of my forehead and well…I don't want lose my first friend" Sakura finished while looking away and feeling embarrassed. Ino listened and couldn't help, but feel her lips curved upward before hugging Sakura while saying "Don't worry Sakura, and yes I promised Ok". Sakura muttered an "Ok" while still hugging her.

Ino pulled away and let go of Sakura's hand while saying "Now let's go to school before were both late". While running off, Sakura couldn't help but smile and laugh while running as well.
