That day in winter when Caeffen the Halfling was just waking up was one that wouldn't be forgotten anytime soon. The day started out normal until about 10 Am. At that time Caeffen felt the smallest feeling that something would go wrong. He soon heard a loud rumbling sound. The Bank was falling! Caeffen along with other Halflings. (The 2 ill name are Quarath and Pekesens) There they saw many bodies. While checking the bodies they noticed one right off the bat. It was the Mayor, the doctor came over and announced him dead. During the funeral of the mayor more destructions happened. Without any sign the Dark Elves had allied themselves with the Orcs to take over Norrath. Their first victim? Rivervale.
