The dust was settling after the effects of a rift opening up the floor of the arena beneath them and Allenby was separated from her tag team partner. With the optics coming slowly back online; Allenby was starting to gain consciousness after the fall.

ALLENBY: Ugh…mmmnnn…wha-what happened?

As Allenby was starting to gain some movement within her gundam; she took a moment to view her surroundings, albeit groggy from the fall.

ALLENBY: G-guys…can anyone read me down here? Domon…are you there?

Allenby's calls out were at this point in vain as there was interference with the communications systems to the surface from the after effects of the rift opening up. Allenby was slowly getting to her feet and as she got to a knee; she heard a noise coming through the tunnel she was looking at.

ALLENBY: What was that?

There was a slight bit of hesitation on Allenby's part due to the nature of the unknown noise that she was hearing. Nevertheless, she decided that she was going to investigate the source of the noise. Her thrusters were damaged in the fall and the best she could do was a slight hover to get moving again.

ALLENBY: Stay calm, you can do this…just focus on finding your partner.

With a bit of self-motivation; Allenby set off towards the source of the noise. As she explored deeper into the cavern; she began picking up signals that were very familiar to her.

ALLENBY: That signal…is that?
DOMON: Ugh…A-Allenby, is that you?
ALLENBY: Are you OK Domon?
DOMON: Y-yeah…just a little beat up that's all.

Allenby helped Domon to his feet and noticed that his thrusters were also damaged in the fall that lead them to the cavern. As they got to their feet, both fighters proceeded down the route that Allenby was heading in earlier with both gundams only moving at a slight hover.

DOMON: Hey, where are we going?
ALLENBY: I picked up something down this way and I want to find out what it is.
DOMON: Are you sure about this?
ALLENBY: I'm sure of this Domon.

DOMON: Just make sure that you know what you're getting into OK?

As both fighters kept on the path of the noise; the sound was starting to become more noticeable and much louder the further they went down the path. The thrusters were low on fuel so, Allenby and Domon sat down for a bit to save whatever fuel they had left.

DOMON: That fall really did a number on our gundams didn't they?
ALLENBY: Yeah…they did.
DOMON: Is there something on your mind?
ALLENBY: Listen, there's been something on my mind as of late. After all the battles we've had both as partners and as rivals; I feel like I've had a better connection with you as both a fellow fighter and as a friend. Yet despite all of what I've accomplished and experienced; I'm still feeling like an outsider to you.
DOMON: What do you mean by that? I mean, you're one heck of a fighter and I know about what you went through with the berserker system and all…
ALLENBY: It's not that, it's just that I feel like I don't truly understand the meaning of expressing one's emotions with their fists. When I blacked out after the fall, I saw the other side of me when the berserker system is activated. The only emotions I saw out of that form was just pure rage and hatred towards anything and anyone that got in my way. When I first met you, I finally found someone that was just like me in how they were brought into the Gundam Fight and I could maybe find a way to defeat that side of me on my own. Yet whenever the system is activated; I end up succumbing to the power and rage of that side rather than overcoming the power and prove I can do things on my own…

As hard as Allenby was in fighting back her emotions; Domon knew that there were still some demons that lie within her and she was yet to defeat them. This was a feeling Domon knew all too well from his own personal experiences and he remembered a lesson that Master Asia taught to him when he was training as a youth.

DOMON: I get it now…
ALLENBY: Huh?
DOMON: "The battle against one's self and the faults that they have is one of the true tests of the person within the warrior." It was something Master Asia taught to me back when I was training to be a fighter. He taught me that everyone has their own battles that they go through on a daily basis; they're just not as publicly known as we make it out to be. The idea you thought of with the berserker system was that the blind rage and power that it offered to you would make you a better fighter. In the end it was driving a wedge towards both yourself and those around you whenever you used it.
ALLENBY: Yeah…I guess you're right.
DOMON: When I fought against you the first time; I got to see that side of you that you were talking about and saw the same things you saw through your fists. They lacked any sort of emotion or soul in them when I got hit by them. After that I was able to use my power in order to get you out of that state and we finished our fight on our terms. You may not know about this; but myself, Argo, George, Sai, and Chibodee all had our own demons to fight as well. We all managed to look at ourselves in those moments and we were able to take them down.

After hearing the words that were coming out of Domon's mouth; Allenby was starting to understand the meaning behind the quote Domon said earlier and she took a moment to wipe some of the tears that were forming up in her eyes. Allenby sat there and continued to listen to what Domon had to say about her dilemma.

DOMON: You've constantly had to fight this side of you due to the nature of how Neo Sweden wanted you to fight; rather than fighting for yourself and what you believe in. The way that I was able to unlock my true potential was by going into a serene state of mind rather than blind rage and anger. I think that if you can get yourself into a serene state of mind; you can overcome your demons and fight to your true potential.
ALLENBY: You sure about that?
DOMON: I'm sure of it…besides, you've been a good friend to me out here. It's only natural that a friend can help out someone who's hurting in a time of need.
ALLENBY: Thanks…I appreciate that Domon. Truth be told, I'm glad to say that I can call you my friend too.

With their admissions of each other's feelings revealed; Allenby then knew that it was time for her to tackle her demons. Both fighters got into a meditative state and canceled out any noise that was around them both as they made the dive into the unknown together. All of the noise that was in the caverns and the humming of the gundams turned into complete silence as both Domon and Allenby found themselves in an area of black space with nothing or no one between the two of them. As the two of them continued their journey through the black space; a single drop of water woke both fighters as they both find themselves at a field with a blue sky over their heads and a sakura tree in the middle.

ALLENBY: So, this is…
DOMON: Yeah, you can call it for what it is.

With their visions clear as the sky above them, they continued onwards towards the tree. A red spark came down from the sky and materialized in front of both Domon and Allenby was a duplicate of Allenby; however, this duplicate was in her berserker state and was ready to pounce at both fighters.

DOMON: Just relax, find your center, and concentrate.
ALLENBY: OK.

Both Domon and Allenby sat down in the same meditative state that they were in reality. The berserk Allenby was waiting for them to come charging at her and was starting to grow more cross when they just sat there and did nothing. Back in reality, both gundams were still in the meditative state as the source of the noise was slowly approaching them both. Back at the sakura tree; the berserk Allenby was ready to make her move.

DARK ALLENBY: Well…aren't you going to say something? Is the light on or are you too blind to see what's right in front of your face?! What is it that you want me to do for you? We have everything we need to be unbeatable together; we don't need this "serene state of mind" crap at all. Well come on now, what do you say?

It was at that moment another drop of water came splashing down and it was at this moment that Allenby found her true power.

ALLENBY: No, I let you consume me for far too long. I've been blind for far too long to see you for what you are. All of the anger, hate, and pain that you put me through and for what end? You say that we're stronger together; but I think, no, I know that I'm stronger than any sort of power you would offer me. I've locked myself away from my past; but now my eyes are wide open.

It was in that moment that Allenby opened her eyes and they started to glow in a bright gold light that ended up driving the berserk Allenby back and out of the serene state. Back in reality, the berserker system inside of Noble Gundam started to go haywire and it eventually shot out of Noble Gundam and took the form of the berserker mode Noble Gundam. Both Burning Gundam and Noble Gundam activated their optics and stood up to face the berserk Noble Gundam and both them started to turn into a hyper mode state. At that moment, a crest began to form on Allenby's right hand. The crest was in the emblem of a heart with a phoenix in the center of the heart. A script that read "Fire Heart" then formed underneath the crest. Both fighters prepared to destroy the berserker once and for all.

BOTH: THIS HAND OF MINE IS BURNING RED!
DOMON: IT'S LOUD ROAR TELLS ME…
ALLENBY: …TO GRASP VICTORY!

It was at this moment the berserk Noble Gundam made its move to try and stop Domon and Allenby from finishing it off. The attack split them up for only about a second before it was surrounded on both sides and with no time to react to what's coming to it.

DOMON: EURPTING!
ALLENBY: DOUBLE!
BOTH: BURNING FINGER!

With both hands driven right into the cockpit and the head of the berserk Noble Gundam; the berserker's fate was sealed, and it exploded in glorious fashion that blew a hole through the roof of the cavern and out to the surface where bystanders saw the beam of light come from out of nowhere. Back in the cavern, Domon and Allenby both relaxed after the huge attack and their gundams were still in the hyper mode state.

DOMON: And with that, you've achieved your true balance.
ALLENBY: Thank you Domon, glad you were there with me for this.

It was at that moment Domon noticed the new crest Allenby got on her right hand; coincidentally Allenby raised her right arm so she can see her newly earned crest on top of her hand.

ALLENBY: I guess this means that we're gonna be more than just tag team partners right?
DOMON: I guess so…I wonder how the guys are gonna react to this.
