Not alone anymore

"Hey, baby, you can not sit there all day," Modo smiled. "I need help with bike repairing."
Vinnie looked at him a moment. "There is nothing wrong with your bike."
Modo grinned weakly. "I know," he sat down next to Vinnie. "Sorry, I thought that you would have believed me."
Vinnie laughed lazily. "Do you really think that I'm that kind of stupid?"
"Yeah," Modo poked him. "Honestly, would you come out of here. I have a dull moment alone," he tenderly kissed Vinnie. "And I have a bad feeling, because you do not want to tell me what's wrong with you."
"I'm okay," Vinnie smiled.
"You only just say so."
"Modo?"
"Do not make me lonely, okay?"
Vinnie shook his head. "Never," he promised.
"Do you promise?" Modo looked at him. "This sounds silly. But as is big, as I do, I hate to be alone. I'm afraid like i would be a very small creature."
Vinnie stared at him. "It's not stupid. Nobody wants to be alone. Not even the biggest."
"What about you?"
"What about me? I wonder, why did you choose me? You want a partner. Someone with whom to be together."
"What's wrong with that?"
"Absolutely nothing," Vinnie sighed heavily. "I ... I'm not sure if I can do so."
Modo took him by the hand. "I know that this is sometimes difficult. You've been alone for so long. You are not accustomed to the fact that someone is always near you. I'm sorry. "
Vinnie blushed slightly. "But I would have to get used to it already. We .."
"Although we are a team, but we always do our own stuff too," Modo smiled. "We do not always be stick with each others."
Vinnie laughed weakly. "You're right .." he leaned his head against Modo's shoulder.
"You can always count on me," Modo whispered. "And I'm always here. All the time."
Vinnie closed his eyes. "I know," he swallowed hard. "Can I be here for a moment?"
"Always," Modo wrapped his hand around Vinnie. "You don't need to ask."
Vinnie nodded. "I love you," he whispered. "I love to be near by you."
