The right Decision
The war is raging on, there are barely any good news any more, it's been a couple of years since we've had any peace. So far it hasn´t reached any countries although there are some rumors that it won't be for too long, European countries will be involved at some point, if it takes too long to end this war. The Ministry isn't doping much to stop it, that doesn't surprise us, we expected that much, well at least all of us that were in the DA, the Order had more faith in the Ministry than us.
By now you must be wondering, who am I? and how do I know so much about this? Well I'm Ginny Weasley and a member of both organizations, I know how both work, they collaborate and help with each other of course, both want to end this war, both stand against Voldemort. But even if the Order trusts the DA, they think that the DA is too inexperienced for important missions. Harry, Ron and Hermione have been on a secret mission for the last year, set to them by Dumbledor himself, the order is trying to gain more members and I have been leading the DA with Neviles' help.
We were all doping all we could, I saw Harry last month and that is what led me to make a very important decision. I have to leave the country, I'm arranging everything for Nevile to take the reins of the DA, he and Luna are the only ones that know I'm leaving and why, they have vowed to keep quiet until the war is over, they each have clues of where I'll be, someone will figure it out. I've been collecting muggle money all month, for now I have enough for a few months, six at most, but I can get more before I have to leave. My things are ready to leave in case I have to do so in a hurry. We are taking every precaution possible, a new identity, and Neviles' clue doesn't mean anything without Lunas' clue and the can't discuss the until the time is right. It's all very complicated but disappearing without a trace is necessary, my whole family is in Voldemorts' hit list, it'll be hard to leave them behind but one day they'll understand, they'll know I'm safe when the can't find me, not the that'll stop from worrying.
Now I have enough money to survive for a little over a year but it'll have to do, Luna pointed out that my secret won't wouldn't be one for much longer if i didn't leve soon, it's been a month since I last updated this diary, I'm leaving in a few hours, I have a letter to write, there will be more details alter today when I'm far away and no one can read it. When no one can stop me.
I've done it, I made it without being detected, I'm settled down in a nice two bedroom apartment, it's perfect for me and the baby, I'm three months along and I'm already showing. I'm becoming close to one of my muggle neighbors, she's a couple of years older than me, she insisted on me seeing a doctor about my pregnancy to make sure everything was all right. She's taking me today, she's as stubborn as me.
I didn't plan for this! How am I going to get through this? I'm so glad that Claire insisted on taking me to that consult I need to rearrange a few of my plans, and a job! I'm still in shock, there's more than one baby.
AN: this a oneshot, hope you liked it, if anyone wants write a sequel or wants to cowrite a sequel let me know because I have a lot of ideas that can be really useful but I don't think I'll have the time to write one on my own. To everyone that have been waiting for an update of the marriage law I'm really sorry but I have writers block for that story, it started a few weeks after the last update.
