Seven years before Percy met Grover.

Third person POV

"Do you have to go?" The five year old boy whined pulling on his sister's pants.

Jessica picked him up and said, "Yes, I have to. Jake and I have to go to summer camp. We'll be back before school starts. Alex will be here with you."

Alexandria narrowed her eyes at her older sister.

"Why can't I go with you?" Alex asked while chewing gum.

"You can come with us two years from now." Jake replied smirking at his younger sister as she pouted.

Jake and Jessica were twins and the oldest. They were both fourteen years old.

Alexandria, second oldest was ten years old.

Then there's Perseus or Percy who was the youngest, five years old.

Their mother, Sally Jackson just shook her head and chuckled at them.

Best mother in the whole world.

"Jess, Jake. We should leave now or we'll be late." She said already outside, waiting for them.

"Coming!" They both yelled simultaneously and raced each other to the car.

"Bye!" Percy waved at them as they drove away. Alex watched them go until they were out of sight and sighed.

What did they do at camp? Was it fun or boring? What did they eat there? Do they have to sleep in cabins?

Questions with no answers.

Alex asked so many times but they don't answer. Jake and Jess have been going there since they were twelve years old and they always come back in cuts and bruises.

That always had confused her and made her want to go to camp even more.

Two more years, thought Alex. Two more years and I can go to camp with them.

She smiled at that thought and turned around to her younger brother who was staring at her, sitting at the door steps.

They lived in Florida and camp was in New York. Why they want to go to camp that far from Florida is something she'll never know.

Alex rubbed her hands and walked towards Percy.

"So, what do you want to do?" She asked with her hands on her hips and Percy gave her a lopsided grin.

Short chapter but it's a start. This is Percy's past life. No characters from the Percy Jackson books. They might show up in the end or not. The beggining won't make sense but it will later on. R&R!
