It's John Egbert's birthday. Him and every friend is having a birthday party with cake and presents.

"yes thank you it's my birthday today" said John. "thanks a lot."
"HERE JOHN HERE IS YOUR BIRTHDAY PRESENT WE ALL BOUGHT IT FOR YOU TOGETHER FOR YOUR BIRTHDAY!" shouted Karkat. Karkat is always very loud when he's shouting but it doesn't matter because he's still a very good friend.
Then John had a present from his friends. He slowly unwrapped it like a slow monkey peeling a grapefruit with a present inside.
Inside the present were two other present boxes. One was long and the other was long. They both were long presents.
The small present moved a little so John decided to open the big present first. It had three more present boxes inside; one big, one small and one other present.
John opened the big present first this time. It was a green skateboard with purple flames!
"wow thanks guys it's a skateboard! thank you!" said John with a beaming face of joy and grateful.
"Now open the other presents! There's more presents you know!" said Rose. She held her hands.
John opened the littler presents. Inside was a cool orange baseball cap with a skull and hearts and in the other present were sunglasses with yellow tint on the glass. They were very rad.
"happy birthday john now you can be a cool skater" said Dave. He was wearing a party hat and eating lots of cake and got a little cake on his nose.
"thanks everyone! i'm going to go out and test being a skater now come on hurry up!" said John and went for the door.
"no john wwait theres still another present" said Eridan.
"oh right the moving one oops i almost forgot!" said John but the truth is he was afraid of moving presents.
He slowly unwrapped it. Inside it was a weird lizard with no legs. It was a snake. The snake was purple with yellow stripes and orange spots.
"wow a snake!" said John. He could hardly almost not believen't his eyes. A snake was what he had always wanted.
":33 what are you going to name him?" asked Nepeta with her big eyes fluttering from love because she loves animals and snakes are animals.
John thought about it for a while. Then he decided. "his name is mohawk"
Kanaya almost dropped the beans she was eating. "Mohawk!" she said. "Wow What A Great Name John You Are A Great Namer!" She was really impressed.
John put on the hat and glasses, and put Mohawk on his left shoulder. "now let's go skating."
Everyone went to the local skate park. John skated all the way there. He was great.
When they arrived John went on the half-pipe. "wow that almost sounds like half-pie" thought John. He was getting hungry again, but he decided to skate anyway.
He went in the half-pipe a lot of times and his speed was getting very high. Then he noticed the moon was out. "maybe with this speed, i can jump all the way there"
So he did a rad jump, and even used his windy thing powers, but it still wasn't enough. The jump was very really super great though and he flew very high up.
"Wow what a super rad jump!" said Jack but he looked a bit worried too.
That was when the pelican came.
It caught John and Mohawk in its beak and flew off into the sunset.
