Hi! Hiyono here! This is my first fanfiction and I hope everyone likes it!

Just to let everyone know, I don't own Azumanga Daioh and all of that other stuff.

Well, I hope you enjoy my story!

Sakaki woke up to a sunny, cloudless morning. Ah,the last day of school, she thought happily. No more home work...and no more Mr. Kimura! She smiled at that thought and jumped out of bed. Sakaki didn't hurry in getting dressed and eating breakfast. As she stepped out of her house, a warm breeze carressed her face.

She walked briskly to school, as she took too much time enjoying the fresh air. Oh, I hope I'm not late! I don't want to get in trouble on my last day!she thought franticly as she began to run, completely ignoring a fluffy, white cat sitting on a brick wall. Glancing at her watch, Sakaki ran faster, hurring in the large door, brushing past students who were greeting her, and enteredthe classroom just before the bell rang.

Panting, Sakaki sat quietly in her desk. The other girls hadn't gotten to school yet. Those girls! she thought touchily. Do they want to be late! At that moment, Yomi, Tomo, Osaka, and Chiyo-chan entered the room, greeting Sakaki with a "Hey,there!" or "Good morning, Sakaki!" She blushed at the rude thing she thought. She waved and started drawing a cat on her notebook. It didn't look that good, but Sakaki didn't care. It was the last day of school, and nobody was going to criticize her.

The bell rang and the classroom door flew open, not scaring Sakaki, who was daydreaming. A sinister laugh filled the room, sending chills down Sakaki's spine. She knew exactly who it was. And she wasn't happy about it.

"Hello, everyone! Miss Tanizaki and Miss Kurosawa called in sick today, so I'll be teaching all of your classes!" Mr. Kimura ended his sentence with a bone-chilling laugh. Sakaki shivered again and turned away from the perverted teacher.

For the rest of the day, the quiet girl was picked on and, face red with embarrassment, walked up to the front of the class reading any page or answering any question Mr. Kimura had asked her to do. At recess,Sakaki sat alone in the girls' bathroom, sobbing at her misfourtune. Why, oh, WHY does HE have to pick on me? What did I do to deserve this? This is the last day of school and it is supposed to be happy and fun. That darn Kimura just has to ruin everything, doesn't he? The bell rang and, disliking the thought of returning to the classroom of horrors, hurried to the room.

At lunch, the girls ate silently, knowing something was wrong.

"Everyone, cheer up!" Tomo shouted. "We have to have as much fun as we possibly can! We don't want to end the year bummed out, do we?" The others shook their heads. "Good! Now let's have some fun!" The girls joked aroung and held races and did everything they could to make this last day together a memorable one.

The school day seemed so much happier to Sakaki and she was no longer called on as the last few hours of school was free time for the students. Sakaki walked alone on the grass and thought about her kind friends. I'm so glad I have them to cheer me up! Now I have the rest of the summer to relax and maybe hang out with the girls.

With a happy sigh, the lone wolf journeyed home awaiting the summer ahead.
