Starting new series in fanfictions. Recommended by TalkingFishbcone on twitter. Takes place after Httyd 2. Hope you enjoy reading it, just as I enjoyed writing it! (How to train your Dragon)

A plasma blast flew through a cloud of smoke. From it appeared a Night Fury and a one-legged boy.

"Hiccup!" shouted Fishlegs. "Arrow!" he said, as an arrow wizzed through the air towards Hiccup. They were fighting some enemy of Berk.

"Ahhh!" shouted Hiccup. The arrow but Toothless on the side of his neck. They started to plunge towards the sea. The others quickly rescued him and put him and Toothless on a sea stack near by. They then destroyed the enemy ships and headed back to Berk.

At Berk...

The gang arrived at Berk a few hours later. When Hiccup was rescued, he didn't seem so bad, but now he looked worse. Toothless too. They took Toothless to the stables to recover, whilst they took Hiccup to Gothi, the village's healer.

"Are you sure he'll be o.k?" asked a concerned Valka.

Gothi, who was mute, did patterns on the floor.

"She says, 'He'll be fries,'" translated Gobber. Gothi hit him on the head. " Sorry, he'll be fine. I thought that was wrong!"

"Are you sure?" asked a also concerned Astrid. Gothi sighed, took Hiccup, went inside her but and didn't open the door. Later on when they went, she up a board saying 'Hiccup is fine.'

In the Meade Hall...

"Before they finish us, we must finish them! " Spitelout was saying.

"We can kick their lazy..." started Snotlout. Valka ordered Cloudjumper to blast a fire ball.

"Whilst our chief... Is not feeling well," she started. "We need a plan." The only plan those crazy Berkians had was to beat their enemies, so Valka agreed for them to go. Everyone one in Berk went except for Valka, Astrid and Gothi. And Hiccup. They wanted to make sure Hiccup was alright.

After a while everyone made their ways to their huts. Been was silent.

In the middle of the night...

Hiccup 's eyes slowly opened at midnight. Everyone was asleep. At first he was lost. Wondering what was going on. Then all the previous day's events played in his head. "Toothless!" he shouted. He quickly stood up. His legs hurt, but he knew he had to find Toothless. He quickly ran out of Gothi's hut, wondering where she was, but all he could think of Toothless. He thought to check the stables. He wasn't there as Astrid had taken him to her but for the night. He kept walking around for while.

It didn't occur to him until about an hour later, that nobody was at Berk. He searched high and low, but couldn't find anything or anyone. He decided that this was just a dream and just went for a walk in the woods. Everything was mysteriously quiet. It was quite airy, so Hiccup thought it was better if he made his way out. But, he couldn't find his way out. He was lost. He found a cave and decided that he would sleep here, and if this was a dream it would end here. He sat down and sighed and thoughts everything was well again.

He went to sleep, but was awoken. Then, suddenly, from nowhere, something roared and jumped on top of him...
