Clifford, Emily Elizabeth, Charlie, and Mr. and Mrs. Bleetman were arrested and went to jail and were dressed in black and white stripes.
"Oh no! Now we're all in jail clothes!" Cried Emily Elizabeth. "Why did you arrest us?"
"Your dog is not wearing a tag!" Scolded the police officer.
"But I always keep a tag in my pocket."Emily Elizabeth put a tag on Clifford's collar and the officer let them all go.
