Clementine Abernathy is a victor of the Hunger Games. She returned from President Snow's torture chamber, and is back in district 12. When it's the 75th Hunger Games, a male and female from the Victor's pool is selected to be tribute, meaning they will return to the bloodbath they try to forget about. Will Clementine hold onto her already slipping sanity, or will she let it go?

I smirked at the TV, this is the first time in the games that we have had 2 victors. I chuckled at the electricity that was sent through me, "President Snow, you know you can't break me, you've already lost. She managed to find a way to get her way, just like my Dad, Haymitch Abernathy". I have been in Snow's torture chamber for a year now. I was a victor in the game, but I had a serious way of getting my way, and Snow told Panem that I was dead, but took me away from my home.

I smirked when I saw the sunlight, Snow was finally letting me go free, but I have a hunch something bad will happen, i'll wait until then. I walked into my old home, seeing Dad passed out on the floor with a shattered beer bottle in his hands. I took it out of his hands and he jumped forwards, almost stabbing me with the knife he was holding. He saw me, then looked at the bottle, "I really need to stop drinking". I grinned touched his hand, "Dad, it's really me". He smiled and pulled me into a huge bear hug. I started crying, I really missed him, even though before, I was a complete jerk.

We spoke for a while, before someone pushed the front door open and Katniss Everdeen walked in, she looked kind of annoyed. I snickered and saw Peeta Melmark walk in. "Are you both still doing the star crossed lovers thing?" They both eyed me, "President Snow didn't believe it, because of Katniss was going to shoot Peeta with your bow when you thought he'd kill you, that was embarrassing". I was being pressed up against the wall with Katniss's hands around my neck.

She started saying something, but I cut her off, "I suggest you get your hands off of me, or else you'll end up with a wound the size of your head, big". She still didn't let me go, so I punched her hard in the face, and she fell backwards, I jumped on her and started beating her up. Dad and Peeta dragged me off of her, Peeta restrained me as Dad made sure she was all right. I growled at her, then after a while, calmed down and sat on the sofa. "As I was saying before a big headed loser interrupted me, President Snow is going to pay you a visit soon, it's going to be hard and smelly".
