Bringing flowers this time, I make my way to see Lucy. She seems to be really angry at me, because even now, she refuses to talk to me.
It must be because of a thing I did last two months ago. Happy and I went alone on a trip without her.
She must still be pissed about that, that's why she still can't forgive me.
"You're going to see her again?" Gray asks me.
Every now and then, he would ambush me early on the morning to ask this same stupid question over and over again.
"It's none of your business." I say as I pass by him at the door. But before I could get out, he grabs my arm with force.
"Stop this, Natsu." He says. "Stop doing this. Lucy won't…"
I yank back my arm and glare at him. "I say it's none of your business."
Gray tries to reason at me again, but I ignore him, just like what I always did. It's never really his business after all.
I do these things because I want to.
Because I love her.
No matter what, I want her to forgive me.
I knock on the door before entering.
"Lucy…" I call out.
As usual, no one answers. I walk and find her silent and not looking at me like always.
"Hey, I bought you flowers." I set the flowers down at the side table and sit down beside her.
"Are you still angry at me, Lucy?" I ask, but she still didn't response.
So, I reach out and hold her hand tightly like I usually do.
"How can I know what you feel if you don't answer?" I say as tears start clouding my vision. "I know that this is all my fault... I shouldn't have left you...
I shouldn't leave your side even just a minute... so please... let me say sorry to you..."
"Lucy..." I beg her.
…please wake up.
*when Lucy found out that Natsu and Happy went on a trip without her, she immediately decided to follow the two of them. But unfortunately, when she was on her way, Lucy get in a car accident. Two months later, she still haven't woke up from the coma. And ever since then, every single day, Natsu visits her in the hospital, hoping that someday, she will.
