He's filthy rich, flamboyant, arrogant, the respected captain of Hyoutei Gakuen Tennis Club, Akutagawa Jiroh's boyfriend, owned a lot of mansions in Japan, Atobe Directorate's little prince, the lead singer of the band 'Pull-Tab to Kan' (which Oshitari is involved), owned a fan club with the entire population of female students of Hyoutei as members, and is known for his catchphrase...

Atobe helped Eiji and Oshitari out on some sticky situations like allowing Oshitari to ditch practice for their date, giving time to distract Oishi while Eiji and Oshitari are on their make out session at the cafe and a whole lot more.
Atobe is also an another way why the two met each other and became lovers.
So thank God that Atobe Keigo is born despite his attitude because they both know that Keigo is a whole lot more than he is in a first glance.
