We were supposed to be best friends. Not until one of us crossed the line of 'friends' to 'more than friends' zone.
"Hi Eriol!" I said in a cheery way with a huge smile on my face.
Eriol is a guy from my class who I've been crushing for quite some time now.
"Hello"
Hello. That's the only reply I received from him. A cold and unfeeling hello.
"So, how are things between you and Tomoyo going?" I said trying to make a conversation.
Tomoyo, she's not my bestfriend but we are close. There's this thing going on between Eriol and her. Although they never got together
for some reason but because I'm desperate to make a conversation, I'd be willing to bring that up just so he would talk to me. I don't
mean to be selfish but I can't help it with him.
"None of your business" he said without looking at me.
"Lovers quarrel?" I said jokingly.
This time he looked at me and said, "Mind your own business" and with that he left.
He reminded me so much of Syaoran.
Syaoran is one of my classmates and although we had an understanding in the past, we never got together. And guess what, it was me who rejected him in the first place. I thought nothing will change but I was wrong. He's been treating me like some ghost or something. And it still
hurts until now everytime I see him walk past me without even saying hi. Oh well, so much of my past.

"Eriol!" I said in a shocking manner.

He's talking to me! Wow! And more than four words are coming out of his mouth. He's eyes are so gentle unlike the one I saw earlier and he's

"Sakura. Hey Sakura!" he shouted snapping me back to reality.
"What? Haha! I'm sorry what did you say?" I laughed nervously.
"I said I'm sorry."
"Oh! No need! It's okay! And besides it was really none of my business" followed by a nervous laugh.
Then he gave me a heart-melting smile.
"About what you asked earlier, I found out that she has found another." He said to me.
And that was the beginning of everything for us.
