Marisa Hyoudou was presently at a dance competition in which her son, Kiyoharu Hyoudou, was participating in. She had a curvaceous figure that captivated the attention of all the males present in the room. She had long blonde hair and brown eyes, and lips red with lipstick. She wore a pair of red square framed glasses, fashionable earrings, and an ornamental necklace. Marisa also had a distinct mole below the right corner of her lip on her chin.
She was wearing a grey dress with brown leg garters, black thigh highs, and black high heels.
Right now, her son and his dance partner, Shizuku Hanaoka, were competing quite well. The competition was divided into five divisions, and her son and Shizuka already ranked first in the first two. However, the first two divisions were the Latin Division and Standard Division, both of which her son excelled at. It was the next three divisions which could prove to be a struggle for Kiyoharu. Another couple was doing well too, ranking second. There was a good chance that they could rank first in the next divisions. So currently it seemed that the victor of this competition was unforeseeable. But, Marisa still thought her son and his partner could keep it up and win. Afterall, she was their personal trainer and instructor.
The third division had just commenced. As she was watching the contestants dancing, the male partner of the rivaling couple that was ranking second in the competition collided with Kiyoharu, and Marisa blinked, missing out on what precisely occurred. When she opened her eyes, she saw her son gripping his lower limb in agony. The boy who crashed into him seemed to be fine as he managed to rise up.
Shizuka helped Hyoudou up by giving him a shoulder to lean on and accompanied him to the benches and sat him down. Marisa rose up from her seat and rushed towards him to check if he was fine.
"Oh no, Kiyoharu, are you ok?!" She asked, concerned.
He looked up at her, massaging his limb now.
"I'll be ok. However, I doubt I'll be able to get back into the competition with my leg in this condition." He informed her.
Marisa released a sigh of relief. She was just happy that nothing was broken.
"Well, I'm just happy you're not injured too bad." She told him.
"Hey, Kiyoharu, I really think you should go to the hospital," Shizuku told him.
"It's fine, Shizuku. I'm ok." he told her. "I just need to go and wash up in the locker room real quick." he said, rising up.
Her son shakily stood up, but stumbled a tiny bit.
"Wait just a minute." Shizuku said.
She helped him up again.
"I really think it's best if we take you to a medic." Shizuku said.
"Ah... ok, fine!" Kiyoharu gave in.
"Shizuku, you can use my car." Marisa said as she gave her car keys to Shizuku. Marisa was one of the judges of the competition so the two teenagers knew that Marisa could not abandon her obligation. It was a good thing that Shizuku recently obtained a driver's license.
The two made their way to the exit of the hall. Marisa smiled as she watched them walk off.
"Well, I'm happy it wasn't too bad." She thought to herself as she proceeded back to her seat. She did feel a little guilty that she could not accompany her son, but she planned to head to the hospital immediately after the competition was over.
Marisa sat down, and observed the dancers, this time less keen since her son was not participating now. While watching, she noticed one of the contestants stroll over to where she was seated.
She turned and glanced at him, and recognized who it was. It was the boy who crashed into her son.
To be continued...
