This is a short drabble on a situation that is very common in our lives.

"Who is he," Wally screamed, "just fucking tell me who the hell you've been cheating on me with." He was yelling at the top of his lungs. It's been a few weeks since he first noticed the feeling of separation between himself and his wife May.
"What are you talking about honey," she asks calmly in the effort to control his temper.
'You know sure as hell what I am saying May," he retorts in a voice full of venom.
May ignores Wally in the effort to get away from the accusing gaze. Sure he's right about the affair, but he can't know about it until the divorce she set up with the lawyer is finalized. She walks out of the kitchen towards the staircase in their home that leads to their bedroom. Her pace quickens as the sound of feet stomping against the steps of the stairs echo inside the room. May runs to the closet to grab the already packed suitcase. May's hand turns the knob of the door. She turns with her luggage in hand to see Wally at the entrance.
"I'm giving you one last chance to tell me who he is or if there nothing going on outside of our marriage," Wally says in a suppressed anger.
"There's no affair," she shouts quickly.
Her eyes register the shock of what she just said. Wally turns and walks outside the room after getting his answer. Of course it was a lie. The eyes are the windows to the soul, May's eyes just said that there is indeed something happening between her and another man. He stops against one of the walls in the hallway.
May shoots out of the entrance to the room. With a camera in hand, Wally stops May and pulls her collar away from her neck to reveal the many bites and hickeys that did not come from him. The bright flash of the camera brings tears into his eyes. The evidence is right there on her once pale neck. May stands still, waiting for an answer. She looks at Wally properly for the first time and the first thing she sees is the single tear traveling down the face she once thought was perfect and beautiful. He finally let's go of her collar and slowly walks down the stairs.
A sense of guilty hits her hard as she sees the wall of the man she loved, still loves, crumble in front of her.
"His name is Brendan."
