I wrote this on a napkin in a booth at my mom's store. I was thinking about Final Fantasy at the time, and I've been so focused on Vincent lately that Lucrecia was bound to slip into my thoughts eventually as well. I was also listening to the song Longing by Gackt, the song played in Dirge of Cerberus while Vincent appears as Chaos.
I've bled a thousand tears for you
That I never cried;
In crystal's light you live forever
Yet in my mind you've died.
We've spent years of isolation
The same locked world of sleep;
