I AM BREEZE
Ever since I was little, I had been taught that the night can cause me no harm. That it is a time of peace and rebirth, a time for wrongs to become rights.
And, sitting atop my roof each night, the soft wood caressing my head as I start to lie down, I could almost believe it.
Because, when you're looking up at that large silver ball up in the midnight sky, it makes you feel safe and content. Like you had finally found your place in the world. I loved that feeling.
So much.
I wanted to feel that way. I wanted to feel like that.
But, then again, doesn't everyone? Everyone wants to find out exactly where they belong in this reality.
