MAYA'S POV

All I remembered was hitting the concrete, then everything went black. Then I woke up in a hospital room, surronded by my mother, my father, and Riley's family. Then I heard the doctors tell everyone that I only had a slight concussion and everything was going to be fine. Then I passed out

RILEY'S POV

I was so worried about Maya. She had fallen from the pole and hit the ground. The security guard had picked her up and called the police. The ambulance came and carried Maya and I away to the hospital. Once we were there, the police were contacted, and my family and Maya's family hurried to the hospital. Then just as the doctors assured us she was fine, she passed out. I freaked out, but the doctors assured me and the others that Maya was just fine and it was just the medicene. We were rushed out as the doctors got ready for Maya to leave. We assured that she would be able to stand in a hour, so we just had to wait. I did not want to wait. I wanted us to bring Maya and her medications set for her home and there her family would take care of her. But we had to leave her with the doctors. I sighed, and eventually I fell asleep on the waiting room chairs.

An hour later...

MAYA'S POV

I woke up to the sound of beeping monitors and the smell of medicene. With a start I relized I was in the hospital. I knew that Riley would probably be in the waiting room, so I got up to go see her. But someone grabbed my hand. My eyes found the person that grabbed me, and I was instantly confused. It wasn't anyone I knew.

"Hey, who are you?!" I said.

"Your kidnapper." The person with the covered face and body replied and then the kidnapper shoved something in my arm. Too late, I relized that it was something to make me pass out, and it worked. The last think I remember was the kidnapper cussing about his get-away-car.
