Dillon was delirious from having her head hit by the police. The other two, the boy and girl, are in execution position with hands behind their backs. She looked at them through her blurred vision and the Hong-Eh are yelling at them "bì zuǐ, (闭嘴) (shut up!)"
Dillon slowly lifted her body into an upright position. She turned her head slightly and looked at the two persons that led the police straight towards her. They both had their heads down quiet, but she knew their lips moved with foreign syllables. She receded back on her legs, her head was throbbing and the ache like a heartbeat repeatedly washed over her body. Focus, she bit her tongue tasting metallic. She needed help. She looked at the Hong-Eh. They were ugly. Their medically enhanced bodies abnormal limbs stomped, bumped, and jolted with unfocused care. They weren't normal. She hated them. They terrified everyone they encountered because of their freakish power.
The smaller one brought out a scanner. He grabbed the burly man's arm and straightened it out. He brought the machine close to his forearm. It punctured his skin and took a millimeter sample of skin and blood. The machine flashed two bright lights on his forearm and something under the skin flashed back at the scanner. The big man winced.
The scanner said aloud, "T, Coal. 21 years old. Zanintin District".
The small police officer pushed the man's arm and him to the ground. They tore off his companion's sleeve to reveal her right forearm. They did the same to the girl. She didn't reveal an inch of emotion upon her face.
After roughly pushing the woman to the ground, the man with the scanner walked towards Dillon.
Dillon closed her eyes and dropped her head.
This is it. They will find out, she thought.
The man grabbed her left arm and scanned it.
Error. Not Found.
Silence. One of the other men shouted to try again.
The policeman shook the scanner and put it near Dillon's arm again.
Error. Not Found.
Dillon opened her eyes. She looked at the two intruders on the ground. They stared at her, one confused and the other blank.
The policeman started shouting at her and grabbed her shoulders. He shook her whole body. The other policemen moved closer to form a circle around Dillon. They yelled and questioned why she wasn't in the system. They threatened to torture her. In the background one of them whipped out a black stick. It sparked.
Dillon knew it was now or never. She clenched her shaking muscles and took a deep breath.
She screamed the only name she knew would help her.

From note*
"Check the weather for tonight, NU" Dillon commanded her robot.
"85 degrees fahrenheit, 29 degrees celsius. Partly cloudy with a 85% chance of rainfall. The electricity in the air is rising. Most likely a thunderstorm" ChoNu responded.
Dillon nodded. It was a perfect night to go to town.
"Good, check the feeds and police rotation. I don't want a close call like two nights ago" Dillon said as she rummaged through her clothes besides the mat she slept on.
