The Johnny Thunder Chronicles: Entry 1
Sunset Mall, Long Island, New York 2:57 A.M.
Johnny Thunder was walking slowly in the parking lot of a nearby mall. His moustache was practically glued to his face from the wind. He saw the silhouette of a man in the distance. He managed to bring his radio before him. "I found him," he said into the device. He walked closer and closer toward the figure. "A little past your bedtime isn't it, Sam?"
Sam Sinister had seen Johnny, for he was forcing a spoon constantly into the ground and quickly raised his head when he heard Johnny's voice. "I wouldn't come any closer if I were you," he spat. Johnny chuckled and said "Well, Sam, you seem pretty confident for a guy using silver where to dig through asphalt."
Sam threw the spoon at Johnny, but due to the wind, it ended up hitting him in his left eye. Johnny said again into the radio "Hurry up and get here before his eye stops hurting." His friend Pippin', who was on the other side of the signal asked Johnny "What did you do to him?" "Nothing," Johnny replied.
After a night of interrogation, booking, shipment, and overdoses of coffee, the team was ready for a new day.
Southern Lego Island 12:03 P.M.
Pepper was running as fast as he could through the streets of Lego Island. He had seen a sight which had shocked him, and he felt the need to tell someone. He had reached the police station when he shouted "NICK,NICK,NICK!"
Nick Brick, the police chief emerged from the building and said "Why hello Pepper, what seems to be the problem?" "Johnny's plane crashed onto one of the smaller islands!" Pepper exclaimed.
"Well what can I do? I'm a police officer," Nick replied. "Go tell the lifeguard."
