Nagisas POV
She shivered under her thin sheets. Nagisa's mothers mental state had been slowly declining over the past months and, being the closed off person she is, she had neglected to tell her friends. Knowing she would soon need to find a way to support her and her mother she acknowledged she was going to need to get some kind of job.
She didn't want to ask her friends for ideas because she didn't want them knowing of the situation her and her small family was in, so she kept her worries to herself.
Tomorrow I'll go looking for a job. She told herself. It will need to be a high paying one if I'm going to make enough money to pay for a place to stay and my mother's medical bills...
Nagisa also needed a stable food supply, so it wouldn't look like she was starving, she didn't want her friends to worry about her. Yeah definitely tomorrow... was her last thought before she drifted off into a worry filled night of rest.

After waking up Nagisa hurried to get dressed and make breakfast for her and her mother. After eating a bowl of cheap and bland cereal, she took a shower, since she had forgotten to before she put on her clothes.
After bathing, Nagisa gathered up get homework from the night before. Before leaving for school Nagisa made sure to cover her mother's already cold breakfast with a layer of tinfoil so it wouldn't be already half eaten by flies by the time her mother finally did wake up around ten or eleven o'clock.
Locking the front door behind her she began her long hike up the mountain to get to her classroom.
She knew most of her friends were probably already there since she was pretty late. She tried to pick up her pace so her classmates wouldn't be to suspicious of her behavior.
She knew Karma would know something was up so she had practiced her 'I've never done anything wrong in my life ever' face. Of course she knew it was hopeless.
Karma always knew when something was going on so she was going to try her best avoiding him today although she had a feeling that would only make him more curious which was a problem.
How'd you guys like it? I'm sorry if my writing style seemed a little young I'm trying to improve it. I'll try to update soon since this is the only story I have going right now. I'm really not good at remembering people's names, especially in shows/anime's because they're hard to pronounce and all so don't get too mad if I don't mention a character. I either 1) don't remember their names or 2) don't remember their personalities. Please read and review!!
