HI EVERYONE! Anyways this is a 2-month anniversary present for my boyfriend Alex.

We both love digimon so that's why I did this series. I did Matt and Sora because Matt's one of his favorite characters (though I think he's more like T.K.)

~The Confession~

Sora followed Gabumon backstage to the waiting area. She clutched the package of cookies close to her arms as they reached the area. She and Biyomon sat down on some of the chairs scattered around as Gabumon sat down to wait.

Sora waited nervously as the concert came to an end. She looked up as Gabumon got up and went backstage to wait for Matt.

"Just take a deep breath Sora." Biyomon said.

"Thanks Biyomon. I'm so nervous." Sora replied.

"I know but everything will be fine." Biyomon assured.

Sora was about to reply when Gabumon reappeared with Matt. She stood up as Matt walked in and smiled at him. Matt smiled back as he walked over to her.

"Hey Sora. Gabumon said you wanted to see me?" Matt asked.

"Yeah, Biyomon and I made these cookies for you." Sora said as she held out the box of cookies.

"Thanks. Mind if we try one now?" Matt asked.

"Nope go ahead I wanted to make sure you liked them." Sora said with a laugh.

Sora watched as Matt carefully opened the box and gave a cookie to Gabumon then took one for himself. She watched as the two ate the cookies.

"So?" Sora asked.

"They're good Sora." Gabumon said as he finished the cookie.

"You two did a great job with the cookies." Matt added.

"Thanks." Sora replied with a smile.

"Gabumon I want to talk to you about something in private." Biyomon said suddenly.

"What?" Gabumon asked.

"I'll tell you when were alone." Biyomon said.

Sora watched as Biyomon pushed Gabumon out of the room. She said a silent thanks to her for giving her a chance alone with Matt.

"You okay Sora?" Matt asked.

"Yeah, why?" Sora asked confused.

"You just look a little nervous and tense." Matt answered.

"Oh… well…" Sora started.

"What?" Matt asked.

"I need to tell you something." Sora answered.

"Okay what?" Matt asked.

Sora sat down and looked at the floor as she tried to think of a way to tell him. She bit her bottom lip as she thought. She heard him sit down in a chair across from her.

"Matt we've been friends for a while now." Sora started.

"About four years." Matt stated.

"Yes. And well I've noticed that I have feelings for you that are more then what a friend feels for a friend." Sora said.

"I think I know what you're trying to say but I'm still confused." Matt said.

Sora sighed as she looked him in the eye. She took a deep breath.

"I love you Matt." Sora admitted.

Matt looked at her a bit shocked and Sora began to worry he was going to reject her.

"I always thought you'd end up with Tai." Matt said.

"Why would I be with Tai?" Sora asked.

"Never mind. Anyways I love you too Sora. I have for a while I just didn't know how to tell you." Matt said.

"Matt…" Sora whispered.

"I've liked you since our first time in the digital world, and I realized I loved you when we entered the same high school." Matt said.

Sora watched as Matt stood up and looked out the window. He seemed to be slightly nervous as he told her all of this.

"So where does this put us now?" Sora asked.

"Well since we both feel the same I guess I should ask you something." Matt said.

"What?" Sora asked.

"Would you like to go on a date with me?" Matt asked.

"I would love to Matt." Sora replied with a smile.

Matt pulled Sora into a hug as Biyomon and Gabumon watched from the other room. Sora just leaned into Matt's hug, her eyes closed and a content smile on her face.
