Story is this;

Romeo and Juliet… and another girl!

She spots Romeo eyeing up Juliet, and she falls for Romeo

(A glorious feast, a magnificent ball

A million beauties dancing in the hall

The music stops, and so do the men's hearts

Descends from the stairs a lady like art

Your secret is the worst of the worst

More scandalous then a curse)

I dab rouge on my cheeks

And put flowers in my hair

I spend hours and hours

Perfecting my stare

I wear my prettiest dress

And spray the nicest perfume

In hopes of catching your eye

Across the crowded room

I descend into the ball

A few eyes on me

I smile and laugh

My face lit with glee

But something is up

Your eyes don't see me

They see only the girl

Who is as beautiful as can be

My heart shudders to a stop

When you look at her that way

I hold my tongue, I am speechless

I have nothing else to say

Running down the stairs

My heart starts to fall

You're taking her hand

And leading her from the hall

My heart ruling my head

I follow you two

My feet pattering softly

A dangerous tattoo

Your face wears a loving look

As you whisper her name

I close my eyes and wish

This is just some sick game

Your face inclines

You pucker your lips

Your strong, brave hands

Curl round her slender hips

A sudden inspiration

Forms in my head

A sudden desire

To be dead

I remember the knife

Sitting lonely upstairs

If I was gone

Nobody would care

I flee from the scene

A manic smile on my face

I have to go

Get away from this place

I reach the knife

Pick it up from the drawer

I slit each wrist

I crumble to the floor

I have a little life left

So I crawl to the bed

Where there is a photograph of you

Though it's covered in my red

I clutch it to my breast

So determined to

Go on to the next life

With a memory of you
