Ian's POV

Today is the day of my funeral. I watch from the black car with blacked out windows as they lower my coffin into the grave. A coffin that has no-one in it. The undertakers are in fact agents and they don't question the fact that there's nothing in the coffin. Took quite a bit of planning to get that lot in to lower it. I think Alex just assumed they are bank people. I do feel slightly bad about leaving Jack and Alex like this. They are after all my closest family but this is how it must be for the plan. I'm actually protecting them by not being there. Mr Blunt tells Alex has already found out I did not die in a car crash. He went to the crushers yard apparently. Nearly got himself killed. I trained him well if I do say so myself. Those karate lessons were worth it definitely and that bike. It struck me during that meting that I was immensely proud of Alex and how I never seemed to show it when I was "alive". Oh well nothing I can do about it now.

A.N. This is a little preview of the story. I have only read up to Skeleton Key so if this contradicts anything in the later books I'm sorry. Please read and review
