Curiosity is a common trait among humans and Shinigami both, but for it to have killed a cat….
It seemed to have gotten the better of me, at least. I became curious when I felt a strange and powerful reiatsu emanating from Ichigo's home and went to investigate. I lost my powers to him the same night.
My nii-sama and former best friend came and took me back to the Soul Society via Death Row Road and now and now I sit here awaiting my execution.
The living have a saying.
"Curiosity killed the cat."
And I have to wonder if it didn't kill the butterfly while it was at it.
