My dream started like this. I was sitting in a cavern beside Nico Di'
Angelo in his early 20's
watching a shimmering form. What was this? All of a sudden Nico
started glowing like the shimmering form, "Percy, what's
happening, what's happening". I woke up with Annabeth shaking
my arm. "What's happening, Percy!". I looked out the windows
and saw what must have the most frightening thing in my life. I
mean I had faced medusa, seen my dad take down typhon, even
defeated kronos( kind of) but this, this was horrible, I saw a 450
foot tidal wave heading right for Hawaii. "Stop it, Percy!" Annabeth yelled "I'm not doing anything, Annabeth!". Then all of
a sudden a form of a man came out of the wave. "Dad!". You see
when you rarely get to see your dad every 4 or 5 months you kind
of start missing him. "What are you doing here!" I thought. Also
it's really cool how children of Posiedon can talk to him through
their minds. "Well I came to see my favorite son, if that's alright
with you.". "Yeah I mean sure but can you stop the tidal wave
before it destroys my house please?". Then the tidal wave froze and
receded into the sky. Posiedon disappeared and shimmered to life
beside me. "So how's my boy?" Posiedon asked. "Good, so why
didn't you say you were coming? Annabeth and I could've been
preparing a trip, cleaning house and- "Percy, you're such a
workaholic please come here and relax."Annabeth Sighed." " You
even have to go to work on our vacation" " It's not work Wisegirl,
it's just me going and saving some dolphins in fishing nets" I said
"So the basics are, let me think, WORKING" She said. " Fine I'll
spend some time with dad then the rest of the day you have me all
to yourself" "Good, wait all to myself, yeah you go ahead with your
dad and I'll be here doing…..stuff. I was about to ask her what
"stuff" was but she slammed the door, the lights went on in her
planning room and started writing, I had a feeling Wisegirl and I
would be spending a long afternoon together. So…..Dad.
