Burst of Flame
Crimson Wings Unfold
Dance of Pages
Flash of Light
Begins a Legend Untold

From the moment we first met
She held me in her eyes
A rhapsody of the heavens
An angel in her eyes
The years past by, she never faltered
Beside me all the way
How many deaths, how many lives
I still remained an angel in her eyes
Now I hold her cold body in my arms
A final sacrifice for me
Although I was the death of her
In the moments before she passed away she whispered
"You'll always be an angel in my eyes"
And she will always be the angel in mine.

It's sharp I think
Sharp enough to do the deed
A second of thought
An eternity of pain
As I die twice over
With this beast inside
I don't have words to tell them
But I think they know
Although my body's small and colding
I have enough of my pierced heart left
To give to them all
The thought numbs the pain
Don't cry for me, I'm not dead yet
See that gleam in your eye
That's me.
Once it dies then I will too
