OZ - New Paradigm: Prologue Meet the New Arrivals….

By Celgress

Oswald Maximum Security Correctional Facility mid-2005, afternoon

"And we're back, did you miss me?" The Wheelchair bound Augustus Hill said smiling as he spread his arms wide in his glass cube. "Three long years we've been away, but now we're back. The old place has been fully renovated, made all shinny and new. Somethings however never change." Augustus' expression grew serious. "Allow me to introduce three of our newest inmates."

The scene of OZ fades to be replaced by that of a lanky young man, with prominent tribal style arm tattoos sitting at a foldout table in a small dingy room. He is playing poker and losing badly. Running his hands through his barely present hair he loses control when one of his fellow players taunted him over his lack of luck. He throws up the table, pulls out a hidden glock pistol and squeezes the trigger killing his detractor while the other players run away in fear.

August's voice announces. "Inmate Number 357-HHH99-7843 Randal 'Randy' Ortan convicted May 2005 murder in the second degree, sentence life in prison up for parole in fifteen years."

The scene changes again to be replaced by an outside vista featuring a large biker with long brown hair, matching beard and dark sunglasses. The grim faced biker uses brass knuckles to beat another smaller biker until the latter is a bloody mess. He then caves the unfortunate man's skull in with an aluminum baseball bad all the while other bikers stand by egging the aggressor on. The entire time the smaller man begs for his life saying he is an undercover police officer.

August's voice announces. "Inmate Number 357-HHH99-7829 Mark Calaway aka 'Mean Mark Calaway' aka 'The Undertaker' convicted December 2004 murder in the first degree, obstruction of justice, conspiracy to traffic in controlled substances sentence four hundred-fifty years, up for parole in one hundred-twenty-five.

The scene changes again replaced this time by a doctor's office. An older, clean shaven African American man dressed in a lab coat has just finished sexually assaulting a semi-conscious female patient when a squad of police officers break in and quickly arrest him. The man has a look of bewilderment on his face that soon gives way to one of rage as he is taken away in handcuffs.

August's voice announces. "Inmate Number 357-HHH99-7798 Dr. Heathcliff Huxtable aka 'Cos' convicted March 2003 Six counts of second degree rape, abuse of control substances sentence eighty years up for parole in thirty."
