Cuts, and bruises

Hi all readers of the two twins and Kagome , this is a warning, this fan fic is not like that . it is much darker. So please read of your own consequenes ,I wrote this a day that I was having a bad day so , please hangin with me .

Poem 1

She sat on the edge of her bed waiting for the sound of heavy footsteps trudging up the stairs . She had awaited this sound , seemingly all her life, to alert her to pain, and to tell her to brace her self .it was her father , no not her real father , but the step father that her mother had remarried to.

Here I sit and await,

The un forboding pain.

Of bruises inflicted on her by a person I used to trust

Alone forever , I'm invisible

I'm a ghost of who I used to be

Alone in a cold world

' here he comes' Kagome thought painfully as her heart broke at the sound of each heavy footfall.' I hope his day wasn't too bad' she thought as she put on a blank, emotion less face.

Go , on, go

And forget I'm here

Alone I stand in the cold winter air

Alone forever , I'm invisible

I'm the ghost of who I used to be

Alone in a cold world

The door to her room creaked open . "Kagome ! You insolent little idiot of a girl! How dare you eat when I specifically said your forbidden to eat in this house! You don't deserve food! " He yelled as he raised a hand to strike her … and it connected with her right cheek.

Why .. why

Am I all alone in the coldest world

Why am I without a friend?

Why does my life seem to go on forever in a long repeating line?

Alone forever I stand here where I was

All alone in the snow

The deepest color of red

Spread like paint on a painting

But before he could land a another hit, a tall man in a red hakama and robe ,appeared between the pain-filled teen and her over bearing , abusive step father." Why are you hitting her ?!" the man exclaimed ,anger written in the delicate outlines of his voice as he yelled . " Because! She's nothing but a stupid little wench ,with nothing on this earth to live for! She wouldn't, no, she doesn't have a purpose! She would be some street rat if it weren't for me! She should be lucky for the life she has!" He said fuming , his straight greasy black hair seemingly jumping of his head.

Why do you bruise me in the places the cuts have just freshly

Been made?

Why does the pain sting my heart and

Body?

Why does the cold hit me like arrows?

"She's way more than that!" as the man yelled ,his dog ears were flat against hi head that's when the fight began . The man in red punched Kagome's dad in the jaw, and surprisingly , he fainted after that first punch. "Kagome go get packed , I want you to move in with me." Inuyasha exclaimed in quiet glory." Yes ,ok Inuyasha " Kagome replied happily. And they left happily ever after… I wish I could type that . Just before they made it out the door , her dad woke up , and grabbed kagome by the arm and threw her into the door. " think your going to leave , do ya!?" he yelled Inuyasha turned around just in time to stop him from throwing her into the cellar.

Why do I feel alone ,when I'm surrounded by others,

When you make me crumble I'll come back up

I won't submit to the pain

Inuyasha grabbed her and pulled her with him out the door… and out of where pain once used to live.

I'll stand and face the pain

Every bruise and cut,

Will heal

Even though time is terrible to people

I'll heal

I'm not alone in this cold world
