Kratos, in the second game, was killed by Zeus and was having all these memories brought up. The first thing that he remembers is going down by the arms of Hades and seeing is old, well, "Buddy," if that is what you want to call her. Well when her head spun around instead of being scared of her, his male instincts kick and he say "If you can do that, what else can you do?"
She then proceeds to whip is butt and throw him into that pit of people. Instead of chopping the man's arms off, he spent a week teaching all the dead people how to stand on each others shoulders. This was a fun sight to see, a bunch of dead people trying to stand on each other shoulders. It was like a three ring circus, but Kratos taught them, and he then once they were all the way to the top of the pit he started to climb on them. All the way up, and when he got to the top of them he pushed off the last one and they all fell to the ground. Kratos looks back at that funny moment and thinks of how ridiculous that it was watching the dead people build a giant tower.
